I wanted to explain this more in-depth but it's a little technical. Most people in the real world who are described as having black skin, have skin that's closer to brown (this color). Because of this, the term "black skin" gets associated with dark brown skin in the process of training the AI. Because of this, and because there's fewer images of people with pitch-black skin, it is harder for the AI to generate an image of someone with pure-black skin. You are always more likely to get brown skin because of these biases/limitations in the training of the AI.

So essentially it's a limitation of the technology and we have to adjust our expectations accordingly

no really dont bother with that, at very max there are multiple names of colors that you can use but other than that those codes dont really work and its more possible that AI might misinterpret them for something else

Might be helpful if you have to make a poster or something for a certain subject, you could use AI-generated images as background or to generate a concept :)
