OK, I don't think we should be selling the Leonardo.AI generated images anywhere. I have modified each one in Affinity Photo so that it could not be reproduced with a prompt, upscaled the results through Gigapixel, and then uploaded the resulting images to RedBubble. They kicked me off the platform and deleted my shop without any explanation at all. I thought it was obviously a mistake, so I verified with a selfie photo and held a sheet with my name, store name, and the date under my chin. No response for a couple of days, now. So, I was so sure it was a mistake that I went onto TeePublic and was uploading the same images and added even more. They had kicked me off the platform. I don't know why, but after emailing back and forth, I am back on there, now. Then, ArtGrab kicked me off. They want a process video, and I'm not into videography. I think it's the generated art, again. Who knows. But I had been generating everything in private so that I could at least learn how to use the system and improve on it. I am astounded that not everything I have generated on Leonardo is private anymore. I am absolutely crushed, she was my very best character so far, so damn proud of it. Now she's public? That does NOT work for me. Again, I feel crushed, everything I had been trying and then at the pinnacle of my character generation, she becomes public? F!

Only when I used an image to help generate another image. WHY? All of my crap should be private. I'm too upset.

I was generating images private just fine. Then I took my best model (girl) from MJ and added it to guide a prompt and even though I had private images on, somehow it switched to public. I am so angry.

I have to leave and cool off. This is like piracy to m,e.

That is unfortunate, it might be a bug since I can't recreate it (the Public Images slider stays off even when generating with Image Guidance). Or, alternatively, sometimes settings can reset after a restart of your system, logging out and in again, etc., and the Public Images slider can be easily overlooked. Did you see your image on the community/public feed? I assume you have already deleted it

Keep in mind the community feed, where publicly generated images can be seen, is immeasurably vast, so the chance that anyone will have seen your images is pretty much zero

I can't stand the idea that my stuff would be on display (and downloadable, workable, etc...). My MJ stuff has stayed private since day 1. So you go on app.leonardo.ai on your web browser and you will get a full application with many tools to help you easily create the perfect picture

In the #🖼│image-share channel, people actually copy and paste their best images straight from their profile on the website

And of course, if you are facing issues getting that image you are picturing in your head, there is the #🙋│image-help channel where you can ask questions and discuss your idea to find the best prompt

Guys, I'm trying to create Shot list (scenes) for my movie/animated series, and as I create the images it doesn't always represent what I'm trying to achieve.

I've been using midjourney so far, and it just describe it as well as I could and it gets me the result as I wanted it, and I could keep it consistent.
How do I do it here, in short?

Depending on the scene, there are several tools you can use

In short: try naming your characters in the prompts

for each scene

"Image Guidance" is another option

As I understood I can create consistency in characters if I train models. But for example, there are some scenes that I've envisioned in my head, do I have break down every single detail about this scene so it could draw it?
Because as I understood Midjourney is good at guessing what I meant, but with Leo it's more precise

Better to break it down to a visual context, to direct Leo

For example there's a scene:

(My Midjourney prompt). Imagine a close-up of a traveler's hand clutching a mysteriously ancient yet futuristic compass, its design a blend of time-worn elegance and advanced technology. The compass spins erratically, its needle swinging wildly in a dance of confusion before stabilizing to point towards the heart of a sand-engulfed city, hinting at unseen forces at play. The traveler's face, reflected in the surface of the device, is a canvas of confusion and concern, emphasizing his uncertainty about his location in time and space. This moment is set against the backdrop of a dramatic orange sandstorm, with the faint silhouettes of New York-inspired buildings looming in the distance. How do I write it here, to make it look right?

One more question: Does it matter which model do I use? Or I can just go with Diffusion XL Alchemy v2 and I should be fine? Same goes for style of Alchemy like Dynamic

Well it's a long prompt, so you need to look for the key visual content and extract it out to form a shorter detail only prompt.
example: instead of "its design a blend of time-worn elegance and advanced technology" just have "compass with time-worn elegance and advanced technology"
and " This moment is set against the backdrop of a dramatic orange sandstorm" just have "dramatic orange sandstorm background"
And so on, condensing the prompt to the visual details only.
All the Models will vary in style and output.

And in regards to models, it's just I was trying this prompt on Diffusion which seems to be an ultimate answer and I tried it with Albedo, and albedo nailed the job instantly, that's why I'm confused. (and I read what each model does)

Just comma's between prompt items, and words at the beginning and closer to the start of the prompt will carry more weight in controlling the AI, you can also use bracket weighting on prompt words for the Alchemy and PhotoReal pipelines.

I was upset a little bit at first, because I couldn't nail a single shot exactly as I wanted with Leo. This app seem to have so much potential and it already has a lot of great features that could make my workflow easier. The price tag here is also more reasonable (for amount that is proposed here and the quality) than the other competitor.
I'm really glad that I was right that I just don't know how to use the platform properly

Yes, there is a shift, (trying to learn DaVinci myself), once you get a feel for Leo and warm to his nature, you will love it!
The additional features are fantastic too, imo

Yes, there are platforms for "pay per view", other platforms who "pay per image" (copyright / royalties), other platforms can be used if you make a "how-to" and post it on YouTube, Instagram, etc.. you could even make a whole course out of it. As many people found out it's harder than just "press a button" to work with AI flawlessly 🙂

Haha yeah we have a lot of features but you can do great things once you get the hang of it! What kind of image do you want to create?

The XL models work the best, but which one is the best for your usecase depends on what you want to do

Leonardo Kino XL is really good at both realism and really artistic images such as paintings in unique styles. Meanwhile Leonardo Diffusion XL is really good at sci-fi and fantasy in realistic styles in my experience. The models all have descriptions, so you can also look through the https://app.leonardo.ai/finetuned-models section to find out more!

So the way I go about it, especially now with the XL models, is to pretty much just do a list of things I want to see.

If you want more precision in the results then try to avoid figures of speech or long phrases. keep it concise and precise.

THEN, and I guess that'd be the most surprising, don't go after lists of prompt keywords. They can get pretty overwhelming and then you miss the context on how/why you would use these words 😄

Just to see what ressources I could recommend: How is your knowledge on photography and painting?

The main area i struggle is when i try to generate realistic images, I end up with images that was very perfect. Im looking for something similar to a regular picture captured on an iphone. So you don't need to go "too" in-depth, but I'd recommend either reading or watching short introduction to photography terminology. Just to get some more words in your arsenal 😉 (And knowing what they do and how they affect a picture in the real word)

For real-like pictures, I found the Kino model is the best at being "Imperfect"... I mean to better represent reality in all it "dirtyness" 😛

Don't use Alchemy or Photoreal as your images will be TOO perfect. A simple selfie will look like a 16k $ studio crew was hired on location to complete the photoshoot 😛
