If you have a high quality 2048x2048 or 4096x4096 image from Universal Upscaler, you can upscale it several times without losing quality with some upscaling workflow in ComfyUI. Of course, if you have this possibility on your local PC.
I'm going to use this workflow in the future if I need for example a size of 16000x16000px for a large print. I'll do one or two upscaling in LeonardoAI, because I haven't managed to tweak the workflow in ComfyUI to give as nice a result as Universal Upscaler on the first upscaling. For the next upscaling, when you don't need to change the image much, ComfyUI also does a great job.

i have a question regarding prompt in Leonardo AI, is it better to have full sentences such as :
"Design a character that is strong looking and wear black outfit"
or more like keywords such as:
"character, strong looking, black outfit....etc"

That depends. Personally I find Alchemy and Prompt Magic work better with full sentences (but still descriptions, not commands) while without alchemy and prompt magic, keywords work better

But either way the word "Design" should be left out in the full sentence

Instead, you could describe the type of the image like "a painting of a strong looking character wearing a black outfit"

No, the upscale API endpoint is indeed separate from the universal upscaler
The universal upscaler is currently not available through the API yet

"Head-on view"

"Straightforward position"
"Frontal alignment"
"Forward-facing orientation"
"Full frontal view"
Neutral standing pose
Arms by the sides

but no luck, unless I have to make "image to image" to generate such pose

Once she wear the mask, the mask cover the whole face so no one know who she is, the place where the eyes turned red that feels the is a powerful monster.
I need you to modify the appearance /outfit to make her appear in a cute way that make someone doesn't take her fight seriously,

About comparisons between Midjourney and Leonardo, I agree that Leonardo's Web interface is FAR superior than Midjourney (which uses Discord). However, I would like to get some "non-biased" opinions (please no fan-boys biased opinions) on the rendering quality and output resolution of Midjourney versus Leonardo. If you have tried both, what do you think? What are your conclusions? Which one creates the best quality pictures? Which one produces the highest resolution? In my personal case, I believe I've found the following: Midjourney has more imagination and creativity than Leonardo, and can do visual effects that Leonardo is unable to do. For examples: grainy photography with large grains, effects of old television, effects of photography with strong chromatic aberration (or effects of bad lenses), scratches and mold on the negative, ... and many other "special effects". However, Leonardo appears to do better or more precise details and higher resolution pictures (but I'm not sure of this). So if you did used both Midjourney and Leonardo, what do you think?

To answer your original question, I find Midjourney limiting. (bear with me :D)

Any pictures created with Midjourney has that ...Midjourney "feel"... Granted you can choose which version of their model to use with the "-V" parameter... it's still one model...

On Leonardo, you can try the same prompt with twenty different models and get twenty different variations and interpretations of the same prompt. Some are better then others at different styles, and with time you get experience with each and instintively know which one to use for different projects or goals.

The Leonardo team also works WITH model creators to integrate new ones to their infrastructure (instead of just stealing them like other web based services that will remain unnamed) and adding new styles and flairs to their library.

(And that's not even touching on the subject of how god-awful MJ is to use 🤣 )

While I've read many glowing reviews, they seem to be from free users. There's been quite a few consistent complaints regarding 1) cancelling subscription and continuing to be billed and 2) Tokens not refreshing at start of billing cycle (after being billed).

My question was out of pure curiosity - I wouldn't be surprised if the app was updated on the daily considering where we are in terms technology with online infrastructure, web apps, and the highly competitive space of generative AI.

These be interesting times to be living in. I'm just so used to corporate IT system changes being strict and controlled system change processes. I'd be lucky to do an upgrade a month (patching was a different story).

Yes, I started out with the Free plan and i knew immediately, yeah not workin' hahaha So I got the apprentice and even then I KNEW it wouldnt be enough for 'me'... I am an image creating fool! SO I got the next one up. AndI LOVE it...but even then 25K ...what i wouldnt DO for that last level up! hahaha

My bestie/brother still has the Apprentice but that's only becuase he doesn't create as much as I do. lol

I wish there was a way to bypass the initial screen once you are member. 🙄 hahaha

I know that if you have public images that you can make them private (with paid plans) but if you have a private image and then make it public is only viewable 'if' someone goes to your profile, or does it become a part of the public que?
