There are ways to mitigate it, but in the begining it's very normal. Keep at it and you will find new techniques and tricks to help you.

Everybody develops their own style and method of prompting.
You need to play around a bit and find out what works best for you.
In time you will find out what words get you the best results for your own liking.

I don't really know where to write, so I'm writing here and hope that the message gets to the developers.
I have created some nice tiele patterns. Since they were not so good in the first step, I used the Alchemy Upscaler. Some of the patterns were then super nice. Now that I want to use them, I realised that only the original images are seamless. All images that I enhanced with the Alchemy Upscaler are not seamless anymore, especially when Refiner strength was high. This is a real pity as I can't use the pattern tiles now. At this point, the AI should be improved somehow so that the images can still be used seamlessly as patterns after upscaling.

this "generate again" bug is still going on... wasting expensive tokens and giving horrible results! .. i can live with a bug for a day or two , can understand different time zones and not working weekends but this is more then a week now and is not ok.The price for this subscription and how fast people get out of tokens does not allow such a bug to be around for that long. sorry!

The bug you are experiencing has been reported to the developers. There's not really anything more that we can do in that regard. I hope it gets fixed for you soon, but please understand that there are a million of these sorts of issues (it's a big platform) and the developers can't do everything at once. In the meantime, if the Generate Again feature is wasting your tokens, I advise you to not use it for a while. A good alternative if you want to get the same image is keeping the settings and prompt the same, and then copying the seed from the previous generation, pasting it under Advanced Settings and enabling Fixed seed. That will get you the same image(s). Again, sorry for the inconvenience, but you can be sure the bug has been reported.

Also, sometimes these bugs can be resolved by clearing your cache or using a different browser - have you tried those? 🙂

I've never done engraving... but I would guess keywords like "minimalist" to keep the details simple or "vector line art" to get clear and simple lines. Then it can be more easily converted to a pattern?

why do I generate my cat girl art but get human ears too? even if i say no human ears in the prompt :S I like createing pictures from for exsample final fantasy but kind of hard when i always get human features in there

The answer is simple: it all comes down to training and probability.

If there is a million pictures in the training data with woman having human ears, and a hundred pictures of woman having only cat ears, it will give a much bigger weight to the human ears. Then, it can also leverage training on actual cat ears to complete the picture. So there is a much higher probability of having human ears.

Of course , there are ways to correct it. You can go the same way as most artists do with their Neko Girls and prompt for long hairs covering the human ears.

Or, bring the picture into the Canvas to generate over the human ears.

Or, most complicated but giving the most control, fine tune a model on other pictures like you wish to create.

The way it works (in a VERY brief explanation) the models are trained on millions and millions of images. The system takes from the patterns and the Colors and mix them up based on the keywords in the prompt.
Sometimes, what we want just isn’t there so it’s hard to create… or it’s there just enough that it always creates almost what we want but not quite

In your prompt, you can try to add a short description of what is above the character, their hair, etc…

Hello everybody. I need some opinions. I used a prompt that contains a camera and lens settings, then used Kino XL with a Color Sketch style to see what it produced. I love the look and will be using this setup to create landscape and nature art for my canvas prints, but I can't put my finger on what the painting style is that it generates.
