As a graphic designer, I use AI content for faster ideation, planning, and inspiration. The rules vary from place to place. In the USA, for example, the general consensus is that AI content does not enjoy copyright protection because a human was not directly involved in the creation of the content itself. If a human was involved in the majority of the content's creation, with minor assistance from AI, then the work can enjoy copyright protection. Where that line or percentage of majority lies has yet to be adjudicated by the court system.

There is always a bit of variation from the real person, especially noticeable when you create a close up image. Here is the prompt I use for the image I showed you:

If you don’t want to spend too many tokens on trial-and-error, you can also use the RealtimeGen function to test the effect of the prompt first.
Then you can either directly upscale the draft image in RealtimeGen (it can only be in 1:1 ratio though), or copy the prompt and use it to generate image normally using different XL models.

Motion works by using the generated parameters to add motion, it can't work on images that weren't directly generated on the platform at this time unfortunately

Chrome is generally the recommended browser, not sure which one you're using now

Leonardo doesn’t provide that function at the moment unfortunately. You’d have to look for other animation platforms for that for the time being.
