I’m not sure if that is your exact situation, but A LOT of people had a similar question with the SAME solution. So I’ll just try this one first:

If you login with a Gmail or Hotmail/Outlook account, make sure you use the login buttons at the top (Google for Gmail and Microsoft for Hotmail/Outlook)

its reccomended to keep the prompt strength around 6-8

I have been trying for the past three days to get a good image that roughly fits this bill, aiming for a realistic astetic. All I keep getting are photos of troops appearing to be inside the city or moving inbetween two walls. The generator also does not appear to include any siege engines even if I include them by name in the prompt. Suggestions?

If you're having the same issue I experienced, clearing the cache might not fix it.
But clearing your cookies will fix it.

The frame does not appear in the center of the screen for a while now 😭
The image to be corrected is imported into the frame, but it doesn't appear in the center of the screen, but somewhere at the bottom.
You need to use the hand tool to move around the screen in order to find it, to centre the frame on the screen before making the desired changes.
