Hello, I've been working with various image generators and enjoying my first serious couple of days with Leonardo. There is one thing I'm noticing, which could clearly be my error, yet I can't generate an image that features two different animals. For example, a simple prompt of "A cat and an owl." will get you only owls or some owl/cat hybrid creature. "An owl and a possum" will present owls only, having spent many tokens trying models and slight prompt variations. I then tried the same in MidJourney, and it was simply unable to generate two different animals together without inventing new monstrous hybrid animals. Then I went and tried the prompts in Dall-e, and it nailed the prompts precisely as written. Any idea what it would take to easily generate two different animals in the same image? Oh, I just tried "An alligator and a cat." in Leonardo (various models / Alchemy) and there are two alligators with cat ears...haha.

Any Stable Diffusion based image generators will have issues with different subjects in the same picture from a single prompt. The reason is that it takes all the words in the prompt and match them to “image labels” of sorts from the model. It then attempts to make sure the picture incorporates aspects of every words from the prompt.

The thing is that Dall-E can’t be directly compared, because the way it works, it will first take the “meaning” of the prompt. It’s powered by ChatGPT 4 in the background so it’s INFINITELY more powerful to understand a phrase and a complex setting, but also the ressources and the cost of running this kind of system are MIND-BOGGINGLY expensive 😅

If you want a more direct comparison, try the prompt with other Stable Diffusion based services. This will give you a better idea.

Another way of doing it is to generate a picture with a first animal (can also be prompted to be on one side or another) and then bring the image to Leonardo Canvas to add the second animal

I naively commissioned someone thinking it'd be a month, tops, and it's going on four months without their work being finished. Sup! Since any Stable Diffusion system is based on randomness, achieving the exact same characters in multiple poses is REALLY challenging.

Following many techniques, even if the traits will be the same there will be discrepancies in the clothing and accessories.

Best techniques are: the name and description of the character should remain the same between generations and then generate A LOT! 😄 Once you find a picture that’s satisfactory, you can then do last corrections in the Leonardo Canvas or the photo editing software of your choice (like some clothing that was the wrong color, etc…)

In this case:
Select Image to Image from the Canvas mode, add your image, increase the input weight (something above 0.6 should be good), use the purple box around the hand, enter in a prompt like "pointing hand", generate away. I ended up with something like this:

Hello, apologies if this isn’t the correct place to put this but basically inside the platform I had generated an image I liked. I had hit Generate Again. I initially thought it was just gonna copy the prompt info etc and just generate the image again but i believe it has overwritten my generation?

I think the way I phrased my query may have confused you. I had hit Generate Again on a set of images I like wanted more variations of the same print wasn’t necessarily looking for the same image. Not sure why but when I had hit generate again on the images I liked the original images disappeared.

as kentox said, it is by design that ai generate new image different for every prompt and it had no idea what has been generated prior. for example white hair lady could be in red or black per each new generation.

if you want two images to have close outcome you have to copy seed and add new adjective or random number

So I have to create a logo - it’s for a private parking/storage business. It’ll be for trucks, boats and campers. In my head I know what I want but I’m not sure how to describe it. I have the basic logo idea but I need an image of a dually truck, a boat, and a camper sorta like coming from the center of the page each moving away from the center as if they were racing each other but veering away from the center point. In a black and white vector file kinda style.
