If you have Photoshop you can mask an area much more accurately by creating a transparent layer mask there, then saving that as a PNG and importing that in your canvas. But you must run a binary threshold over the mask (under image -> adjustment), so every pixel is either transparency on or transparency off, with nothing in between. That way you can really surgically replace stuff you want changed.

Image generation is based on randomness and pattern recognition, so if a blurry mess is detected as been « face-like », the algorithm might go « meh! Good enough! » 😜

You can use a negative prompt like « blurred » to help

Yes that's me, if you use image to image and prompt for the style!

Image to image can be found in the Image Input tab under the prompt box

Set it maybe around 0.7 strength to get the most of your features but allow for freedom for the AI to draw

If your strength is at a low value, the ControlNET feature will not do that much to your generation and it may be very different from your image. If strength is at a high value, the ControlNET will strongly take the image into account so it will look more like the original image.

you're prpbably referring to the alchemy trial. alchemy and the paid settings are only free for the first seven days of your account 🙂

Of course, what's the deal there, there seem to be stable diffusion LLM:s on the list of renderers as well - Leonardo is proprietary, though, right? So, how come the stable diffusions are on there? Also, I've been oogling other people's public prompts and it seems to me that prompts I would expect to be generated with the anime pastel setting are oftentimes generated with the Alchemy setting. What little I've tested dreamshaper or anime pastel dreams or much anything, are they generally speaking worth while or should one just opt for Diffusion XL or what? What even are those other XL models on the list?

Basically, I want a large stone plate in the middle of the image for a game like tic-tac-toe and two dragons on each side of it, either holding the stone or winding along the edge of it.
I was able to get this composition in Firefly, but Leonardo doesn't seem to understand it.

I tried:
stone plate in the middle with two dragons on each side
dragon on the left, stone in the middle, dragon on the right
stone in the middle, dragons on each side of it

I either get a round plate with dragons embedded in it or an unholy mix of dragons and stones all in one, or a bunch of dragons all over the place.
Is the a guide of how to achieve this kind of composition?

It's not paywalled. You just can't use the XL models.
You need to use SD 1.5 models, just like before.

Oh ok, just a matter of a small suggestion, I had a free account for like 30min and created alot of public images, then i upgraded to apprentice and tried to modify all images that i've created to private, but I cant set all images to private with the select all images, it does seem to have a option to "set all selected to private" for e.g. IDK if I did not find the option, of if does not exists. Won by exaustion, I've simply deleted all images, cuz I was lazy to enter one by one to edit.

You're only able to toggle the public / private of the most recent images on your history feed, unfortunately.
and you can only do it in groups for the time being.
Click the check mark in the top left corner to select all four images in your group, then click the three dots in the top right corner.
Then choose "make private" from the menu.
