I was a very happy user of image to image generation. with new updates "image guidance". just less than 1hour ago it screws up everything. i can no longer achieve the same results. even generating with the same image source and same strength. i gave up after wasting almost 1000 tokens. can somebody tell me. why is it giving a different outcomes.

Also previously the output size was automatically calculated per the sourced image. now its has to be checked manually. if u forgot, that 20 coin wasted. a step backward doesnt it.

yes, you could also click a generated picture and tell it to use as a reference.Now you have to download it from your own feed, then go over the other image guidance tab , upload the pic again and go back to the image generation tab... incredible that an update is such a set back! i was planning on taking an annual membership but if if the old features are gone i will go back to MJ

before you could do it all in one tab, fast and easy , start with a prompt and then use the generated image in your generation feed as a new reference to build from there.So just from the feed, click the arrow to put it as a reference and generate another image.Now you have to download your generated file to your drive and upload it to to another tab ( image guidance) then go back to the generation tab .It's crazy things get harder and longer with an update .Also in the general feed you could click an image you made and select image to image , also that is gone

Select the new "image guidance" tab.
Then upload your input image to the area where it says to
You can use another Leo image, or a photo, or a drawing, anything.
Leo will use the photo you add, plus your prompt, when generating the new image.

Well, since they removed the feature i cannot show you anymore 🙂
i am talking about the option when you hovered over an image you created in your feed , there was an arrow you could click to insert the picture directly from the feed into your image to image box
Now that feature is gone.And in the overview where all the generated images are, you before had three buttons : copy prompt, image to image and remix, now there are only two left.. the image to image to directly put the image in your image to image box is gone in both places.So now you have to download your image first from your ai generation panel or from your library and then go to the other tab and insert it from your drive , no way anymore to do it directly from leonardo

Sir, i highlighted this issue earlier not due to the absence of img2img. rather the output. if u use this with the same source image and the same strength. u are getting a totally different output. i am talking about, "u are expecting a cat and a dog is appearing" king of output difference.

Hm. If you're at 512x512 that's as small as it'll get by default. However, you could instead scale up the image and achieve what I think you're going for

However, if you're masking the arm, you could place the whole of the selection box on the image. It should only change the area you have masked

I've been playing with Leo-AI off and on for a few weeks now, and I just can't figure prompts out. I watched videos and tutorials and I'm just not getting it. I want an image of a half man half turtle that is shrouded in shadows, standing in a sewer. I just can't find the right combination of settings and prompt to give me what I want. Everything always has the Turtle-man easily seen as the center piece of the image. Can anyone help me?

I tried some basic prompts without a lot of detail in combination of various different models and settings, with and without prompt magic. I've actually tried so many different things, I can't honest answer with what all I have and have not tried. 😦

I also tried putting my basic prompts into prompt generator to try advanced prompts. Those gave the same results. I also did the same with the "Improve Prompt" feature.

Image generation is based on randomness, so your best bet would to train a model with different pictures of the same face...
Or, you can keep the description the same and re-roll a lot until you get the same features 😄

Hey guys, good evening. The strange icon aside, but the "Image to image" upload is removed from the Generation history to Image Guidance tab, is that correct? It seems highly impractical because know we have to switch tabs every time we want to see the results. Also, it looks like you can't drag and drop new images if one is already loaded, you have to delete the current prompt first, which is just an extra step.

I have experienced some error output on Image Guidance, I am using image to image with full strength of 0.90 but it has show different kind of images or glitches and not look alike the original photo, the full strength option is not accurate

Hey I have a question, I work with a lot of textures for 3D products, and i was wondering if there's a way to turn this texture into a red velvet shirt and be cohesive with other parts of the texture. For example, the front should flow with the back and so on. I tried my hand at the "Depth to image" with this prompt "A sumptuously soft red velvet shirt, the buttons undone to reveal a tantalizing hint of skin, is bathed in gentle sunlight that beautifully accentuates its sleek and lustrous texture. This image, perhaps a high-resolution photograph, captures a luxurious scene that exudes elegance, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the richness and opulence of the moment." However the results are unsatisfactory

Apologies for the confusion. To clarify, the image of the guy with the red velvet shirt is just a reference for the texture I'm aiming to achieve. It's not the final image. The image that shows the result (image 4) is my attempt to mimic that velvet texture while maintaining the original design (image 1). However, as you can see, the result has added details and also goes outside the original boundary of the texture. What I want is to keep the form of the original design but apply a velvet texture to it, without the extra details or going outside the boundary

i'm no expert at this but i do know that the long prompts are ignored in the most part

also, from what i've read, adding brackets () to certain words adds some weight to the word

() is the lowest and increase the brackets (( )) to add more weight

Well, since I've got you on the line. I'd need help with an image I created that is very promising, but which got very messed up by the algorithm. Basically, the character in portrait has a head and feet, but got melded into the chair it was supposed to be sitting on. Canvas didn't give me very good results in trying to mask and add in a body for the character, so where do I start? Do I need to edit the photo manually in the likes of photoshop before trying to get a new image to image revision or what?

Have you used Leonardo to make slight stylistic changes to the original photo, like for example making the contrast sharper or changing light and shadows? What would be a good way to do it in the AI canvas?

personally, if you're doing stuff like "changing light and shadows" I would do that in PhotoShop or opensea (website). To make things sharper you can right click on image and use the Crisp upscale, I think thats still free? I've used canvas like once or twice, find it uses up a lot of my credits, so I stay clear of that.

Hello makingthematrix, for these kinds of changes, I would recommend playing with "image to image", controlnet - "depth to image", and fixed seed. Canvas would be better for changing specific image details, correcting subject faults, adding items, and outpainting images. Hope this helps
