I'm not having too much luck with LEON, just trying to get a few friends around a fire is a nightmare. I keep getting double people, not the right genders I list, always staring at the camera, etc. Then I use all my points getting no where... can't use any of it.

It depends a LOT on the prompts and the image sizing... If you're using the default models without Alchemy/Photoreal/etc, you'll get the best results with 640x832... Stretching out the ratio can yield a lot of errors...

In Stable Diffusion image generation, it all starts with a blurry mess of Colors. It’s usually random and controlled by the seed (a large number that defines the starting block of the pseudo-random algorithm)

As the progress advances, the mess will be “unblurred” and evaluated based on the word tokens in the prompt versus the data from the model (plus some other secret sauces). Which eventually gives the finished image that resembles words used in the prompt.

When using Image to Image, you are essentially bypassing the “blurry mess” by giving it an actual image to start with. The init weight will define how blurry that image will be to begin, but after that the process remains the same. The image will be “deblurred “ based on words in the prompt. So without a prompt (and a low init weight) you can expect A LOT of randomness (which in itself can be a cool exercice, nothing wrong with that :D)

So, I am trying to create a character portrait for my D&D game, so I thought that I would pattern them after Sophia Lillis that way I can make future portraits of them in various situations as the game progresses, but I cannot get the AI to give them pointy ears (they is a half-elf). I have had this problem with Leonardo and Midjourney as well. I just don't know what to do. I tried different types of generation. I tried giving a negative prompt of "round ears" and this was the most recent attempt that failed, "Sophia Lillis as a beautiful elvish genderfluid fantasy woman with short auburn hair in a pixie cut and a cunning look in her eyes and really pointy elven ears walking in a thick foggy forest" and I'm wondering if anyone else had this issue or has any ideas that I can try to get past this?
