Init strength getting stuck on ~0.70 is a well-known bug thats happened to several people at this point even after the bugfixes went out. I think that bug might be at work here because to me it looks like way more than a 0.9 change. @shadow lantern it'll probably be fixed for you soon, at least that's how it went for other people

and you can have consistent characters through generations

but both together will be a bit of a gamble

the best tip for keeping a consistent character is to give them a unique name, and describe them very consistently everywhere that you use them

that might still hold through a character sheet

but there's no simple "take character sheet, plug into next generation" option

Hmmmm! I get you! A workaround (not the most comfortable thing.. mind you… 😅) is to download the finished picture from Canvas, then send it to Image to Image with an Init Strenght of 0.9. It will pretty much be the same picture regardless of the prompt. Then from there you do the Alchemy Refiner.

Token usage and image output amount is weird now too. I can’t do 4 images with the exact same alchemy v1 settings as I used to.

Makes me do them one output image at a time, for 16 credits, which is now more expensive than doing 4 at the same settings previously.

Not sure about that but I do know doing more images in a single generation costs less. If you're happy with your prompt doing 8 once is more cost effective than 4 twice

Chances are they've increased it because it's becoming a more impressive platform perhaps. As things get better prices always increase 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hello everybody. This is gonna be a stupid question because I've been using this for a while, but does anybody know how to do some kind of negative prompting with PhotoReal? I'm trying to use it to create an empty basement bar with a blank wall for mockups for products I create for my store, but it keeps loading up the bar with bottles of booze and although it makes me wish it was my bar, I really need to get rid of the bottles, lol. Any tips appreciated.

hi there. as far as I'm aware you cannot use a negative prompt with photoreal enabled.
you may just need to word your prompt precisely in order to get the counter to be empty. or alternatively you could use Canvas to simply remove the clutter out of any images you're happy with. i suggest posting the prompt you're using as well as an image example you're getting in #❓│platform-questions so we can better assist you

Hi, thanks for responding. I've tried removing the clutter on the counter in Canvas, but I must not be doing it right. I've tried the erase tool and sometimes that helps, and the mask tool sometimes helps, but most of the time both tools just replace the objects with more objects.

i've yet to properly learn canvas myself. thats why i suggest going with the latter option i posted. ask for help in the questions room 🙂
better support in there, that wont be flushed away in general chatter.

sounds like you're talking about Canvas. canvas is leonardo.ai's version of 'photoshop'. it allows you to mark an area in an image and then re-prompt for new generation in that marked area 🙂
