I did. TBH, I suspect it's some kind of intentional bug to discourage generating NSFW content that the prompt filter doesn't block. Rules state that NSFW is allowed, as long as it's not gratuitous, or tasteless, but I've noticed this seems to happen on images that are at least somewhat "mature" in tone. Would be weird if that was the case, but I can't think of any other reason this would happen, because some of the artifacts I'm seeing seem intentional.

Some important things to remember about making models is that all images should have the exact same resolution and you should have around 15 images for the best results.
