NSFW accidents happen. You can tell a lot about the intent behind a generation from the words used in the prompts. While not the only concerns, the mods are most primarily concerned with the illegal and highly gruesome, and other things listed in the ToS being intentionally generated.

I'm no expert so take this with a pinch of salt. I find it picks up on both things really. But if you have a certain model used in all the images it will heavily pick up on that model.

this is the importance of setting an "instance prompt" when training a model

let's say you trained one model with all photos of katanas on a katana stand... and another are anime drawings of katanas in various different orientations, first you would want to choose the correct model when you're generating next time, and using that "instance prompt" (ex: DrawnKatana) helps the model understand that you want to use the trained dataset
