Leo has several models to chose from, each 'specializing' in what it does amazingly well, though they can all do pretty much anything. Where MJ from what I understand just has their one MJ Model.

You can also train your own model in Leo.

What I'd suggest doing then, is going to the community gallery on the site and looking at images that look like the effect you're trying to get, and look at their prompts. See what wording they're using, and import some of that same wording into your prompt. It's how I learned to get really good hyper real images.
