So banning those words is a bit of a blunt tool to prevent illegal content being generated, which again, Leonardo might be liable for.

I have never disputed the utility of banning CP/idiot nsfw, do it. But, government, censorship, masses being forced to obey the gov unwillingly - dont see how that might be nsfw. (as for gov punishment - if the bigger corporations want to impose some kind of ban, they will just bribe (lobby) the gov and screw over the entrepreneurs like they always do. idiot musk was talking ab slowing & regulating ai/llms up until recently when he decided to start such a company/clown.
