I mean you can make videos using just Leo and any basic editing software(Davinci Resolve is free) Here's an example https://youtu.be/5_bImyzPUZY . Neural Frames is great and easy to use but very expensive($40 a month for 40 minutes of video). Some basic tips are make sure to take your time, line up transitions on the beat or with the flow of the vocals. If using Leo to get motion keep the strength below 5 for the best chance of getting something useable.
