Q1: Can all players participate in this event?
A: Naval Dominion’s registration process is similar to Battle of the Ruins, where tribe members can choose their preferred time slot for the event. Following that, R5/R4 members of eligible Tribes can register their tribe and approve members’ applications to join the battle. The only difference this time is that members who are not participating in the event can still watch the battle once it starts through the event page!

In this new tribe gameplay mode, members can register individually if they meet these requirements:
City Level must be level 4 or higher
Completed Chapter 10 in Chapter Mission.

After the Individual Registration period is over, R4/5 members of tribes can register their own tribe for the event if they have 40 members in the tribe.
