I discovered the solution to this problem. If you read the event rules, you'll find they tell you that if you move your city to another location, you'll lose. Therefore, you must move the cities that are stuck with The Demonbow Commanders.
The shield is also supposed to not protect you from The Demonbow Commanders, so this is another bug.

The issue is the hero should be locked according to the dev team . It was confirmed in the mods chat . So check with dev team again

I do wanna ask, IGG and the devs are aware of this issue now and it seem that they have been because they used to always lock heroes from what I have heard from other players from different kingdoms. Why isnt this hero locked in our KvK? Why does it take this long to lock a hero? Why do we have to suffer for a mistake that IGG is making in locking a hero?
Because this clearly shows that the devs are in the wrong but WE and Im sure some other kingdoms are the ones taking the beating because of it.
And again it is not the sole reason for our struggles in the KvK but it is definitely one of them where we have to spend more rss, speedups and troops to defend structures he is rallying with Dalen, while it should be locked and it acknowledged by the devs of the game? How can we be compensated for this while the Devs are not fixing their mistake immediately? The longer is takes for the hero to be locked the bigger the impact of it.
I think it is VERY unfair and is in violation of many of the rules IGG set themselves @little rapids

Yes, the lag seems to be gone, it's been on and off for a while, probably the server... I wasn't the only one experiencing it in the clan so yeah, I'm more curious about the new year's message and reward from the devs, seems like no one else brought that up, probably they don't even read those messages 😂😂 but if you check the images and see the message, it's pretty clear it's not the right reward attached to it 😅

There isnt enough presets to save all possibilities and in a rush(KVK) there's no Fkin way someone will have the patience to change some dumb filters and scroll to find the heroes...
Because even if you filter the desired troop type, the heroes are in a stupid random order 😂

Understood - but I think we have one more kvk to go before that even becomes available. So, the gold sources (tower, troop base, etc.) and training speed-up sources (research speed-ups) were all yanked out from under us, without new sources being introduced; which puts people in our band of the gameplay at seeming disadvantage - compared to players in later bands of gameplay.

Correct. The bug/issue is the fundamental source[s] of gold and/or training speed-ups changed.
So, for example, if you had the recycling for both construction materials and research speed-ups, you could exchange those to increase your post-level 25 build-up. As a byproduct, all kingdoms where a player was level 25 in almost all things got this return on the recycling centre. The closer to K0001, the more probable you were able to avail of this (especially, if you weren't a F2P player). Now, post-patch, if you've hit level 25 (or if you hit it, any time in the future), you no longer have that exchange; so, it's a net loss of the gold and training speed-ups that you would've gotten on the old patch.
Basically, to fix the lack of gold and the issue with bumping lower tier troops to T7, they implemented the recycling system for the building materials and research speed-ups. With that no longer available, it's now a deficit that the players have to make-up, somehow; which means, in turn, that they cannot attain a fully-fledged T7 troop in the same pace as players who could, previously, continually avail of the recycling centre. (I hope that this makes sense?)

We are in the middle of kvk and we are losing territories because we literally sitting ducks can't fight or defend ourselves only hide in our cities and watch them take territories we sacrificed so much to take. And when I contacted support they told me to wait 24 hours to investigate. Are you seriously letting us wait 24 hours? Do you know how much will happen in 24 hours if we don't fight back? At least 53 players from our kingdom are affected. If this was a store bug or event bug and we were getting stuff for free you would do emergency update or restart all the servers to fix it but if the player is suffering you take all the time you need. The new kvk system ruined the experience for many players. And this hospital bug just completed it. I don't know what's wrong with you. You either deliberately pushing players away from your game or you have really incompetent staff that you need to fire. Обращаемся к вам вновь в связи с вопиющим багом, который полностью ломает соревновательную составляющую игры! На данный момент наш батальон получает РОВНО 0 ОЧКОВ В МИНУТУ за удержание захваченных зданий.
Игровой процесс серьезно омрачен техническим несовершенством системы. Из-за некорректной работы механик мы не только теряем прогресс, но и лишаемся боеспособности: баги вывели из строя наших бойцов, а критические проблемы с лазаретами не позволили оперативно восстановить силы, что ставит нас в заведомо проигрышное положение.
Наши расчеты согласно игровым механикам:
• 4 здания 9 lvl — 3000 очк/мин
• 3 здания 8 lvl — 1050 очк/мин
• 6 зданий 7 lvl — 840 очк/мин
• 4 крепости королевства — 200 очк/мин
ИТОГО: 5 090 очков в минуту.
Фактическая ситуация:
На текущий момент у батальона всего 7 669 773 очка. При открытии центра показатель был около 7 400 000. С момента запуска батальонов прошло 1 день и 12 часов. За этот период, согласно контролю территорий, у нас должно быть накоплено примерно 18 394 000 очков!
Это абсолютный бардак и неуважение к игрокам, которые тратят время и ресурсы!
МЫ требуем:
- В срочном порядке исправить баг с начислением очков.
- Произвести полный перерасчет и вернуть батальону утерянные очки.
- Исправить работу лазаретов и компенсировать потери по бойцам.

Проблема почему не идут очки - потому что здание постоянно в режиме оспаривания находится из за периода войны, когда период войны здание без щита, когда период мира оно тоже без щита но с кд на захват, а очки здания приносят по механике прошлых квк - только когда оно щите, перезахват здания внутри батальона не возможен (кнопки сдать здание нету) поэтому обновлять щит невозможно.

IGG developers; reaching out to you about the issue with not receiving any points for battalion/kingdom/tribe from captured buildings in kvk 8 before we could form battalions after chronicle 16.
Our battalion holds 2 kingdom fortress, 8 level 7, 4 level 8 and 4 level 9 temples that did not give any points after we formed the battalion.
That has been 2,5 days now and we are missing out over 20M points for the battalion/team and over 10M points for our tribe/kingdom at the moment.
Fix it!
And retroactively give us the points we missed out on!

Is this true or is this not true:
For players in the kingdom ranked in the top 100 by might:
- If a player does not log in today, his full might is included in the calculation for today.
- On the day following a players' migration out, the averaged kingdom might will be reduced by 1/60 of that player's might.
- During kvk, no calculation of kingdom might is used to calculate the average. The 60-day period extends further back in time to a time prior to kvk beginning, to include a full 60 day count. This applies even if that player has not logged in and does not participate in kvk, remaining instead on the kingdom map.

Following migration, the Spirit Tree event was completely reset for multiple players. This reset appears to be a bug or unintended side effect of migration, as there was no prior warning or documentation stating that Spirit Tree progress would be affected.
As a result:
Several players lost their Spirit Tree rankings
Significant event progress was erased
Some players lost the value of hundreds of dollars in in-game purchases tied directly to Spirit Tree progression
This has caused understandable frustration, especially for players who invested time and money under the assumption that migration would not reset event-based progression.
We are requesting:
Official clarification on whether this reset was intended or a bug
Investigation into affected accounts
Restoration of Spirit Tree progress and rankings, or appropriate compensation for players who lost paid progression
We fully understand that migrations are complex, but the lack of notice combined with real monetary loss makes this a serious issue that needs prompt attention.

I found a bug in the system... I used all my speedups, killed all my own injured troops over 1,300,000 then purchased 100,000 troops. All of my troops are now healed and I have four marches with 200,000 digging gold now, with 600,000 healthy troops waiting at home.
Before I euthanized a few troops, this was my future: 2,079,925 injured troops and 87d 18:34:25 remains to heal them. I have 52d 08:55:00 of healing speedups, so I could have them all fully healed by 87 - 52 = 35.4 days from now, or Feb 26 + 35.4 days = first week of April.
It's not April yet, and a miracle has happened in Viking land! 🤥 😇 🤫

- Only about 47,000 of his troops died, while he killed 455,000 of my troops.
- I had only 173,279 troops remaining that were uninjured. In a matter of moments, I had 1,400,000. 🧙♂️

Still a mystery to me:

- Why Ivor is still shown as a Purple hero in the help files and documentation.

I also was jumping to my other account as it is fighting the swarm right now and I'm protecting my camp as well as have 4 squads reinforcing other camps and I didn't send a squad to the fort yet. I am not happy at all.

I think spending should be put on hold until IGG can get the game right. Spending all this money for constant lagging and crashes doesn't make sense.
You can submit a ticket just for them to tell you to clear the cache or reload the game, like it's your fault. I think we are past all of that now.

Try reporting the error directly to IGG then. Discord users can't solve that issue for you. Use the reporting feature and create a ticket or use Live Chat. They are always very helpful.

Lol. No. I didn't just realize it's gone now silly. It just occurred to me today that something could go wrong with the game and I have no control. I know, seems like something I should have considered before but I honestly didn't.
The money has to be considered something you are willing to lose, not an investment...

Invisible Underworld Riders? That's odd. At one time, many of those things only cast shadows for me. My city walls were the same way for months. IGG had not provided the correct version update in the PC download. They fixed that for me with no compensation and no apology, but it took them 7 months to fix it. I played with no translation in-game for that entire period of time.

This has been an issue for forever. Our tribe’s work-around is to just play on PC for BoR. Can’t get kicked from BoR, if you don’t crash.

As I pointed out yesterday, in KVK8, the heroes "Olaf and Thorstein" will be unlocked, and the skills "Raven of Death/Rainbow Bridge Miracle/Fafnir's Riddle/Inferno Dance/Gungnir's Sting/Serpent's Rampage" will be unlocked. This matches what IGG posted in explanation of the February 11th update.
On the other hand, it seems that "Inferno Dance/Gungnir's Sting/Serpent's Rampage" cannot be summoned in the Odin summoning event held during the KVK8 preparation period.

If the heros skills have an effect it looks like they show up. if its a flat buff like the 5th skill on most hero's is 10% health buff. IE: Margit has 2 talents that are skills her 3rd and 5th the rest are just % buffs so they wont show up

Even though I wasn't referring to the 2nd/4th/5th attack/defence/health talents, this actually makes sense - Vali is only showing his 3rd and 6th talents because his 1st just buffs basic attack and bleed damage. Got it.
