Hi, after 11/20 update, when my troops are on Autorally, it sends lower tier troops first and fills up the rest with higher tier troops. It used to be from higher tier then lower tier. Is it a bug or did you change the order?

could not open weston, bypasss by the eventlog
then could not open leaderboard in weston, could not set bookmarks there, buttons where semitansparent, but clickable (when you saw them)
buildings in Weston did not show accurat numbers of troops, had to drag my ships instead of click+march

When choosing a different account, under the same email adress (example your alt farm profiles) the ESC function stops working. I use it alot on PC to skip some animations and iam really used to it.
It happened after the recent update, after switching acounts you have to restart the game for the ESC button to be working again for skipping animations (example when opening boxes etc)

Also my game is now locked on 60 fps all of a sudden. Any way to unlock more? For 120/160/185+ HZ monitors its a big difference when it comes to screen smoothness.

Today I’ve done Battle of the ruins as newbie to game. Battle chat can’t be seen in the close chat window. You have to open chat, choose battle chat, and when you close window it jumps back to Kingdom. It makes it almost impossible to coordinate in battle.

Weird bug since 20/11/2024 (last update I think), it gave the option to validate all village vikings since the map was fully scouted (I joined an old server), I did it and it messed up the count for the chapter 26 quest (visit 40 viking villages), it still says I need to visit villages but there is no village left to visit (all are marked "visited"). I submitted tickets to support, they don't seem to be doing anything about it.

Hello, if restarting the computer does not work, please close all game-related processes first. Then delete the "update" folder in the game directory and the "GameAssembly.dll" file in the "VR" folder. After that, try updating again.

I got the wrong rewards from VR on Friday.

I wanted the Helgar shards and put a lot of time into saving to get rank 1. I got the wrong rewards. I opened up a support ticket and got a response at midday but they said nothing was wrong. I submitted another straight after and have not heard back. Any ideas what to do?

Seems like the games is slow and in game it stutters even sitting in fortress. When marching to a pass in kvk is painful. I am normally on server 306 . We are in KVK right now, I mostly play on Apple IPad Pro newest version, game is updated and I have over 25GB free on device.

Everytime I go to collect rss in my city is when the lagging gets excruciatingly bad. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I've cleared the cache and rebooted my phone. I even have the graphics quality on low. For the most part I can play the game until I go to collect the rss in and around my city. Please Devs look into this. I've spent too much money to allow this issue to reoccur. I will be uninstalling for good eventually, if this continues. Looking forward to a response!

I was having this bizarre issue on my account, where it wouldn’t let me open up my hero’s, would tell me me I had zero troops despite having a bunch of them.
When I went out of the game and went back in, it fixed itself, just putting this here to alert of the issue

How it can be the cache when i connect on another server : 225 with same device i don’t have the issue but all my farms on this server (not necessarily the same igg account) have the issue in 237 and i tried with another phone and even computer and same issue. And by the way, i already opened a ticket with all information severals days ago, still no answer. It’s the last day of the event and i can see it will be never fixed! The issue is i put money in there already… but not enough to have the rewards and it’s the end of margit event in 2-3 days so i can’t have all the rewards for that too….
