Ehm, there is a prep phase, 10 days and every 2 days another task to compleet. You need to have a ch lvl 20 to be able to join, thats all requirments. So for preparing make sure everyone is at ch lvl 20? And t4 troops?

We dont know much about kvk itself since we just hopped into the map. In pinned msg is a list of chronicles, might be usefull

Overall keep server peace and make sure everyone is involved.

Question : You are the #1 and #2 tribe in the kingdom and because of that you have alot of players who spend a lot and a lot who dont spend much. When it came to taking sanctum since there were arguements going on in kingdom chat with top 4 tribes you decide that you would like to give top 3-4 tribe a chance to try sanctum first bc you were pretty sure they wont be able to capture it but they did💀 and hence you lost all the rewards for your own tribemates who were there cuz you were top 1-2 . Josph, s2 has been here for half a year. I´ve been trying to make everyone happy for all this time. We have the most active server from s1-s4, by far. We let everyone grow, we went to full war just once in these 6 months. Do you know how many times we tried all these small tribes to merge together? Do you know how many times we explained to them its much better to have 1 bigger active tribe instead of 3 small half-inactive ones? Do you know how many times we were telling them to join big tribes? Even now we still do. Do you know how many times we were telling them there won´t be space for everyone during KvK?

At a certain point you give up because all your effort is useless. I reached that point yesterday, after half a year of trying. Small tribes with very little active people demand territories in KvK where they are not even able to kill Niflungs because they are too strong for them. If we deny this access they mark us as bullies.

I´ve had enough.
