The results of the "Adventure with Magic Cards" event must be reviewed for the following reasons:

  1. A technical glitch under unequal conditions
    In the early hours (from 3:00 AM in some time zones, 00 UTC), due to a glitch, some players received unexpected rewards in an abnormally large amount. Those who were physically unable to be online at that time were put at a disadvantage.
  2. Retaining rewards created a "paid imbalance."
    The developers decided to retain the rewards for the players who received them. This rewards random luck and being online at the time of the glitch, rather than strategy, investment, or skill. Players who invested real money and time into developing their accounts found themselves at a disadvantage compared to those who received resources for free and without effort. 3. Facts confirming a critical imbalance
    · At the top of the rankings is a farm account with 144,000 points, which gained a huge advantage without any investment (the value of all the items it received exceeds $20,000).
    · Some kingdoms abandoned their main tribes en masse and moved to farm tribes for the sake of additional resource gathering from the game chat.

If Igg's mistakes cause other players to waste a lot of time and money, I think this game company is terrible. That's not a good decision at all. And this happened during the KVK event - just one mistake almost wiped out a year's worth of progress for other players. Is this really fair? Plus, players who get a lot of rewards can use those items to influence rankings in future events. So who's going to want to spend money just to get a good ranking then? Every anniversary, they just release a bug bonus for players?

If IGG can't properly maintain balance and fix this issue, I don't see the point in continuing to spend time and effort on it, because I don't know if they'll make the same mistake again. I don't want to waste my time and energy

We've already discussed whether to leave the game after this kvk. An unbalanced game makes it hard to keep playing

It's hard to imagine your opponents suddenly getting 10,000 dollars in rewards because of a game bug - at least ten people at once. The game balance gets completely messed up, and how can you be sure IGG won't do this again next time

Hello,

I would like to clarify that the main issue regarding both the bug and the event is not simply the fact that some players received bonuses such as dew, daggers, or were able to upgrade their first gold squad from 0 at no cost.

The real problem lies in the cards themselves and in the actions of dishonest players who exploited this issue and accumulated these cards in massive quantities.

To put this into perspective, 70 cards cost approximately $100. You are able to review the data and see the scale of what happened. Even “hundreds of cards” is a conservative estimate — in reality, some accounts may have accumulated thousands.

For paying players, it was not difficult to log into a farm account, spend $200, and spin 140 cards, with the possibility of receiving full rewards repeatedly. After that, they could continue collecting cards across multiple farm accounts and repeat the process. This bug was active for at least one hour, allowing large-scale exploitation.

As a result, these players now possess huge quantities of these cards across more than 100 farm accounts, as well as on their main accounts. Because of this, preparation for KvK has lost its meaning, and the same applies to Mobius Peak. Furthermore, all rewards gained through the card event now impact a wide range of other events, including preparation for the Championship.

Therefore, the core issue is not that certain players obtained extra resources, but that large-scale abuse has seriously undermined the balance, fairness, and objectivity of multiple in-game events.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to evaluate this issue objectively and fairly, and to find a balanced solution. We are not asking for punishment or for rewards to be removed from regular players who simply participated. We are asking for fairness and balance in the game, which have been severely disrupted due to this exploitation.

Ive been playing like over 450 days straight have over 45000 might i believe, handful of level 60 champs, but i do nothing but farm and miss events due to the time UTC. Its like trying to figure out geometry to match time with your own time to find out when you need to show up for events. Anyway of choosing your own Time zone and for it to automatically tell you when events are starting by the time zone your in would be a **Game Changer **i think for people showing up for these events. Thank You
