SOLUTION to avoid bug:

• Launch the game
• Immediately select character.
• Immediately Queue into a game: You're going to get the error at this state
• Game closes
• Restart game and you will load into the match you queued for
• Play the match. Atleast 5 minutes (Thats what I did)
• As soon as you Extract or Die. Press the report button (do nothing just press it on whoever if you can)
• Leave to lobby (don't actually report anyone)
• Immediately requeue
• You shouldn't get the error here
• Play the match. atleast 10 minutes
• Exit to lobby

You should be bug free from now on

If this doesn't work for you I can't help you out with anything. Doing a clean reinstall did nothing for me. This is the only thing that's seemed to fix it.

The worst part is that I confidently told my wife, “I’ll only play for an hour.” That hour started twenty minutes ago. Twenty entire minutes have disappeared into the void, and I still have not even seen the Forgotten Castle. I haven’t entered the game. I haven’t played a single minute. I’ve just been suffering. Fangs of death are a real nice option for the assassins or classes with huge HP/Armour pools to get extra damage,
