Meanwhile the only actual boss left is Demon Overseer in Inferno, hidden behind enough trio PvP to legally classify as a workplace hazard.

Please revert the TPM / Secure Boot / HVCI change so HR can come back and my stash can stop being a fantasy-themed storage locker.

Fighter Should Never Be Strong

Idk if this is a hot take but I don’t think fighters should ever be strong/meta. IMO fighter should be the “average” class. It should be able to do everything but not excel at anything, a jack of all trades master of none class.

I understand it is the class most people play for the first time and one of the most popular classes in general but that’s because of how strong it is and how forgiving it is to play. Fighter should be the class you play to learn and explore with then you switch to a different class according to your play style/niche. At a higher level fighter should be the check multiple boxes role. If a team comp is missing multiple roles the fighter can fill them all just not very well.

It is kind of ridiculous that a fighter can be a better bowman than a ranger, a better tank than a barb, and a better speedster than a rogue all at the same time.

Weapon master used to decrease weapon damage but that debuff was removed. Idk if that’s because of how popular the class was or because SDF is a fighter main but I think that leans more into the identity fighter should have.

TLDR: Fighter should be able to do everything but be average at all of it and in turn should be countered by more specialized classes at their specialty.

Oh wow, you parried. Congrats. You pressed right click at chest level and the game played itself for you. The longsword turns every mediocre Fighter into a walking “oops I win” machine. Miss? I’m convinced Squire Royale is just HR cosplay with extra steps.

The game hands me a god-tier item like:
“Congrats, you are powerful now.”

Then immediately queues me into the next match like:
“Cool story. Anyway, here’s default gear and 3 trios with perfect timing.”

Ruins still spawns both empty boss modules.
Crypts still spawns its empty boss module.
At this point I enter them just to make sure I’m not hallucinating PvE.

Meanwhile the only actual boss is Demon Overseer in Inferno, hidden behind enough PvP to qualify as a stress test for my nervous system.

Please revert the TPM / Secure Boot / HVCI change so HR can come back and my stash can stop being a very expensive collection of “what ifs.”
