Spellbook for caster 100%... BUT,

Staff caster is pretty good I think but it's definitely not meta. Its way more high skill ceiling and the bigger move speed loss and longer, weirder cast animation makes it kind of bad if you don't get a little bit of action speed on your kit. About 10% is enough to help offset the animation.

Bonk staff build goes really hard though you can 2 tap people with the right setup.

Crystal ball is nice though if you want a stronger "book" but the book is just bis imo because it has the fastest spellcast speed and super good animation.

You have the manufacturer of the incompatible drivers; can maybe right click them in Device Manager and check properties; in the "general" tab it says who manufactured it. i.e Microsoft, Logitech, etc.
Usually going to be some Logitech or Microsoft driver.
