It's more fun, I agree, because you go in one after another without gearing up, just to die without consequence, and you know the other guy is just as naked as you are. But really pushing the game's high resources at a high level against equal players, believe me, is more fun. Learning the bosses in solo mode to fight them is key.

I just farm bosses, extract equipment and gems to upgrade it, and I always use full epic or legendary gear, so it depends on my skill, not the equipment.

This game has a fair amount of skill expression. So in this case it really is just about getting good. I understand if you dislike that. But, everyone who has massive amounts of hours, took the time to learn the game. What you are asking for is dead lobbies for yourself. Or for something that is not possible. Even if there was some way to do it based on hours. I don't think there are enough players in each time bracket to really get enough players.

I would go in and die in pvp over and over and over. Until I started to understand things and want to improve. Like I said earlier, what you are asking for just sounds like you want to constantly win every time without putting work in.

Because, there could always be some super cracked 100 hours player who knows everything about the game and dumpsters you.

Well I dont think its a problem if were talking about the difference between normal vs elite

Barring bosses, normal enemies should have slow telegraphed attacks and short ttk so new players can learn, and have elites (like elite chicken) have switch ups and move fast to where you must know and predict the pattern

Elite should still spawn in HR which is where PvE should be hard in general, but thats just my opinion

From what I've seen in HR Ruins (about 3 weeks ago) There's like 4 parties in EU Duo's at best per floor o_o some teams have easier times getting around than others, but its not like the olden days where you'd spawn and 2 minutes afterwards you'd be getting ambushed by actual juicers

Its so much better in the remake, the slider/setting is still kinda bad but its a system I expect to be used in TeS 6, leveling felt pretty rewarding and fantastical

Oblivion remake was a TeS 6 alpha test for mechanics and Im pretty confident in that, itll feel good for casuals and more MMO aligned players
