I dislike people saying the demi/quest rewards aren't respecting your time, and I find the people doing so seem to be arguing in bad taste. It literally respects it by giving you a reward for it. It's up to you whether you like the reward or not, just because you don't like the reward doesn't mean the game doesn't respect your time

It clearly respects it even more than you think, as it allows you to weigh the pros and cons before you even commit the resources
If you want to just spend money on something, then fine. But that shouldn't be the first option for the whole community as it isn't healthy for the game long-term

And to pre-empt the "They said they wouldn't do the stingray egg again!" They aren't. The numbers back it up. Stingray was .25% in pve, 2.5% in hr

Volcano Tears are 0% in pve, 10% in HR, and with the last hurrah celebration thing going on for Artifact arena, I think it's actually 20% in hr

So it's not even close or remotely comparable in circumstances, and at some point it just looks like someone is complaining about having to do a quest at all for a desirable emote

All of this coming from a guy who isn't Demi, and thinks the bandage is neat, and who doesn't have the slav squat but wants to try and get it

Multiclass would be cool as a limited mode that they occasionally open up. Could go in the ''Special Battle Modes' panel and open maybe every 2 weeks where Multiclassing is exclusive to that mode

Has to do with impact power. However, you have to think about the client/server infrastructure and the small window to hit the ‘right click’ button. So you wait for other player to attack, tell server that it attacked another player, then that server has to tell you that the player is attacking, then you have to tell the server that you are parrying, then the client has to wait for the server to tell the client that the weapon is hitting their weapon, then if the parry is server side, you gotta tell it that you right clicked in time, and all kinda of other bs that wouldn’t work unless you have a really good connection.

I'd to add that I feel this issue is why the player base is at an alltime low, and I would attribute it to the simple reality of hackers in the lobbies. They can just make a new account and roll up with little slowing their actions down. a worrisome dilema, heres a tip to help advocate that they are indeed hacking, usually, they will have the same player level and fame, that is a huge indicator this season, wasn't always the 1 way to catch a hacker...

I'm watching it but its extremely meh. Every game is wiz/ranger/meleeslop, we're seeing the same map multiple times in a row, and more often than not the maps are conducive to extended stalemates until the final zone. During meancows games there were rounds with literally 0 damage traded until the final zone. On top of that there is very little investment from the viewer I think cause of the fact that there is so few content creators and most of them got knocked out immediately. Its just really highlighting a lot of the worst aspects of arena unfortunately.
