If you let them stack up though, its like a whole lot of missed assigments. I wouldn't stress over them. Or do as many during ssf since theres nothing else to do

Well I I can't say for sure, but if the player was melee attacking you miles outside of the Felling Axes attack range, that player you encountered was probably cheating, you should grab some form of recording software to be able to submit reports like that with video evidence.

You might be wondering what caused me to spare the one that sealed my fate earlier, but this nightmarish skeleton was toying with my head using its weapon relentlessly and I was but a Rogue. My undoing was not my fault, the game has flaws, unfortunate as it is.

If you were to one to surrender the Bloomer of Death, you would be the last person amused by this story.

thats a difficult question to answer - alot goes into building a kit well, and it depends alot on your class, playstyle, damage sources, team comp...
in general, go for as many of your primary attribute rolls as you can on equipment, and damage/speed/defense rolls on your jewelry/cloak
