Yo I might be tripping, but i have been in two solo q's in a row now, went straight into one after the other, and in both games I get these 3 players, (specifically a barbarian, a tanky ish rouge, and a wizard with nothing on for movement speed) and they seem to team on me, cause in the first game I killed one, immediatly after there is a barbarian right behind me. And i mean like the second that I killed the wizard, (none of them had any gear nor heals other than squire in both games), and after I kill the barbarian, there is a rouge ready to gank me, he gets me and I die, whatever though in the next game, the exact same thing happens, just instead the wizard and barbarian aren't even trying to kill eachother, the rouge died to mobs, and when the barbarian chases me down after like 3 explosions got on me, he kills me. And for some reason neither of them attack eachother, they just stare at eachother for a good 10 seconds before killing one another. I might be tripping

To be fair longbows SHOULD have high armor pen as thats what they're made for (war bows, longbows, etc.), so that would be like adding a fishing rod you can't fish with. The crossbow was actually banned an unbanned multiple times by the Catholic church due to it being "unchristian" for how unfair it was. The only way to balance the longbow in a "real" way would be adding ricochet chance to plate armor, and now you got tarkov

aye i know im not a big league hot shot or anything but i have a friend group of about 5 people that I consistently get onto the game to play with me once a week. So i can personally say i boost this games player count by AT LEAST 5 people a week. I will be boycottting this game until the devs add back some sort of random map que. Sure (I never liked that change) either way super long reach weapons like that need to have more punishments for being in point blank range. The only downside they have is that they take slightly longer to swing which is irrelevant when you build action speed like everybody does.

To elaborate, I remember recently I got thirded by a plate longsword fighter and was just over half hp. Im on bard hit multiple blocks into a single rapier poke. Lantern shield tight ass reposte window cooked me and missed multiple chances but reblock 3x in a row. entire fight is fighter m1 -> me block into me m1 or go for lantern shield repost -> after doing this where I think hes killable I go for more than single m1 and he parries and gets a heady and body i look hes like 2 swings from dead. OFC i immediately knew the moment i went for second swing of rapier I was cooked and misplayed but this type of shit where hitting one repost is fight winning gives me barb reckless/berserk after getting cooked the entire fight but 1 tapping on some cheeky turn around swing

The game population is genuinely too low to facilitate having the queue open all the time. The dungeons will be too empty to satisfy the dungeon players. From what I've seen this wipe the numbers were able to hold out for a little longer before falling to low levels, but imo we still haven't heard anything convincing from Ironmace that is going to start to grow the game population again.

I feel like if that wasn't the case then Ironmace wouldn't do it. Like they aren't exactly revolutionarily good devs but they at least have player stats that they can look at to check these things.

But if you're trying to learn, squire gear is probably the best way to do so, there will just be a lot of failure as you get better
