Same amount, but only recoverable HP now, not all HP.
The Warlock's spells only uses recoverable HP however, so as long as you don't take additional damage, you heal your own wounds

Base stats for every piece of gear have been reduced a little. Every class has technically had its action speed reduced. But that is more because of the reduction of base dex and agi on gear now

I advocate for this, but only IF the modes have split loot. PVE loot would need to be PVE-Only, Non-Tradeable in order for artifact drops in pve to make any sense.
I hope they try that for a season. I think EVERYONE would enjoy having the marketplace be only pvp-found loot. But it would be difficult to figure out how to work quests and crafted items. If people can turn non-tradeable pelts into tradeable bags from pve, it defeats the whole purpose of splitting loot pools
