I was banned with the reason “ETC” and I don’t understand what happened or why I was sanctioned.

We had lent a very expensive viola kit to a friend. It cost us a lot to put together. He was playing PvE when the game suddenly closed. When he logged back in, an anti-cheat notification appeared, even though he hadn’t done anything wrong.

As a result, our viola kit was completely deleted along with the stash data. We tried appealing in many different ways, but nothing worked.

We truly believe this was a mistake, as there was no cheating or abnormal behavior involved from our side. Losing all that progress and items feels extremely unfair.

What do you think about this situation? Is there any possibility for a deeper review of the case?

For anyone else encountering freezing / dropped frames like I was, I found the solution. I was running spotify in the background and the auto playback quality setting was jumping around, causing excessive buffering. If you listen to spotify while you play, change the playback quality setting from auto to normal and that should fix it.

So I actually dont have either of the potion skins lol. I have 2 others but they aren't available to buy. One was the krampus one. Honestly just imagine what they'd look like in game from the skin and boom. Im sure a streamer has them. Id probably buy the dwarf ones over the skull. The krampus one is the only unique one because theres a quiet jingle every time you pull them out.

If you dont have the shield skins though, id say those are more worth your money
