the obvious way to balance disarm imo is to make it last 0.1 seconds so that you just put your weapons away and then all you have to do is re-equip them, and even this may still be too strong since the concept itself is kinda busted. Most classes are punished so hard by the unequip alone that it still accomplishes the goal but action speed builds will be far less punished and have a chance with the new movement mechanics if their spacing is good after the first hit

most classes have ways to make a gap, knockbacks, backsteps, slows, stuns

wizard = frost mastery ice bolt
sorc = frozen lightning
ranger = knockback arrow nad backstep
rogue = diein to the first hit
fighter = sprint
cleric = death
barb = achilles
lock = phantomise + curse of weaknesss for a slight slow (not that effective)
bard = just doesnt need one no one can catch you anyways

stop stacking full dmg on a character and think about mobility/utility instead. the game is supposed to be balacned around trios anyways, your team should work together

Im also just butthurt that fighters and barbs have all the fun new toys to play with. Kiting is very difficult, one spell missed on a guy that is w keying me usually means im dead, other classes has so much gap close and catch right now. I cant really agi stack for MS because they nuked agility scaling. Crystal sword phys wep damage no longer scales with rarity so PVEing is misery even with a unique crystal sword
