I think Arena and PvE were both mistakes because they pulled way too many people out of the primary dungeon loop, and the entirety of the playerbase suffered overall as a result, regardless of these two things satisfying the people who asked for them. With no Arena or PvE, the murder junkies, questers, and passive beginners were all in the same pool and every raid had a healthy mix. Now everyone has segregated away into different zones, leaving the original experience feeling uninhabited and lifeless.

There isnt much communication at all as to what exactly they plan on doing, most of what they plan on doing they say in a interview with a streamer at the beginning of a season, which we saw a couple months ago with onepeg.

Before that was the first layer of ice mountains, the ice village

They then will give close to no updates about what they have for plans until the end of the season repeating that cycle, rather than making a roadmap for what they want to do for the year and sticking to it.

They make cool stuff, just are not consistent communication wise

I just enjoyed building my own character instead of having to choose from other people's presets. I was playing Fighter with Poisoned Weapon pretending it was bleed damage, it was great hacking people a few times and watching them try to run away and collapse from wounds.
