I was able to change my keybinding in the menu, I never played the Wiz but thought you could maybe change/find the key the same way? Sorry bro.

@proven olive to pick a spell you need the right weapon out to cast it, then you would press "E" i believe and it opened a spell radial menu. You would hover the spell to select it. Then cast by charging it with left mouse click

There is only one, he just re-posts a lot for views, goes into combat naked with no intention of refreshing spells, dies after killing some people and then re-enters the queue. If anything, it might be a reason for creating leaderboard “seasons” or a “must escape with your kills for them to count” mechanic

This is Escape Artist, which imo is more interesting of a metric than Murders. Successful escapes may mean you killed everybody, or maybe it means you had jukes for DAYS and dodged everything like you could see the Matrix.

Attention all Darklings. Wanted to start spreading the word that I will be releasing my Player's Handbook today at 6PM EST. This Handbook is part tutorial primer for new players to get to know the game better, and part Game Mechanic breakdown regarding some of the Mechanics used in Dark and Darker. I'll be hosting a live Q&A session about the book, and only the book, in The Tavern at that time. I'll go over the book quickly and then answer questions about it if there are any.
I want to stress that this is a personal fan project and is not endorsed by Ironmace. I am not a Developer. I do not speak on behalf of them. I am not affiliated with them. All the information within is based on personal observations within the game that myself, and a couple of others, worked to get from the past few playtests.
Aside from a few small instances I keep opinion and bias out of the book and stick to the data. This is not a tips and tricks type of book, but you might be surprised by some interactions you might not have realized. I also want to caveat that I don't claim to be amazing at putting things together so please curb hype 😄

A rule of thumb for me, is if i run across a shrine, i always take them, not only for increased power, but to take them away from other players. Shrines imo are SOOO underrated. The speed shrines are actually busted, but one i take here is for attack speed? im actually not 100% sure. I felt that my cleric was getting pushed away from the damage he was taking at 5:26 so i wanted some immediate healing so i could frontline, didnt have faith 🙏 that he could get the heal off. @tardy sage for skill it depends, i like rations a lot because of the sustain, but i cant deny how good the speed skill is.

Just want to share this video at this specific timestamp because Aqua engaged me and my friends whilst using an ambush location through climbing ladders. I am ShaD the cleric, my friends are TKice(Ranger) and Timark(Fighter). The fight really took us by surprise, we were screaming that they were in the ceiling (Especially me) It is so fun to see the other trio's perspective and their reaction. This fight was really fun. Ever since this most recent playtest ended, I have wanted nothing more than to play more Dark and Darker, chasing the rush you get from risking everything in hopes of bringing back pockets full of loot and treasure. December is an awful long time away...I want to play Dark and Darker now.
To that end, I'd like to share with you a project: Dark and Darker: Conan Edition. This is a fan-made community experience developed within Conan Exiles, overhauling the gameplay loop with custom mods in order to achieve as much of the Dark and Darker experience as possible. If you want to see what we're all about, I'd love for you to join our Discord, but if you just want to play (when the server goes live this afternoon at 3pm EST), you can do so by downloading our mod list via this Steam collection link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2887027954. To get started, simply click "Subscribe to all", and in your Conan Exiles launcher, load the mods in the same order, and then run the game. That's it!
Naturally, there are some differences in gameplay, as this experience was built using a completely different game. Here's a few quick key differences:
- Combat is much faster-paced than in Dark and Darker.
- There are no class restrictions; you have skill traits that improve over time based on your style of gameplay.
- Your character inventory is weight-based, rather than slot based.
- Gameplay is primarily third person (you can enable first person combat via settings, if you prefer it).
- Extraction locations are not randomized.
- You'll occasionally need food and water.
- The dungeon is not (currently) instanced or timed in the way Dark and Darker is; instead, players enter the dungeon asynchronously, and chests and monsters respawn over time.
This is a fan-made experience proudly inspired by the rush and excitement we found in Dark and Darker, and I can only hope that we've achieved a fraction of that energy. It's not meant to be a replacement - that'd be insane - but I'm hoping that it might fill the hunger for Dark and Darker's style of gameplay until we can all get back to petting Otto in the tavern.

so I figure this channel is the best to post this, I am rebuilding the Colliseum map in a game called Talespire to use in D&D games...its going great, been watching countless youtube videos just to find the layout of rooms.
