For spectral in HR. When he phases, and its the high then low sweep, how do u avoid that? U can crouch the first part easily, but the jump after cant be done immediately since the game forces you to "stand" before you can start the jump animation.

I know running is an option. But if u dont have the shmovement speed its a wrap.

Look at his sword, if his sword is low you jump then crouch and look down. If the sword is high you crouch and look down, then jump.

Yes i know. But there doesnt seem to be time to crouch then jump due to the jumping animation being halted since you have to "stand" first.

I believe if you time well you can jump the attack. Also pay attention to where he is facing when initiating his high/low sweep. The distance you need to run when running to where his back is facing is much shorter than trying to run away from the area where he is targeting.

many months ago changes were made to the action speed of melee mechanics. This was done to counter the movespeed meta. They then flattened movespeed, but forgot to adjust the compensating changes they made. This is the core issue with Halberd, and even if you nerf it into the ground, the complaints will just shift to Bardiche. There is an asymmetric advantage to using 2H weapons right now.

it is crazy that i queue solo HR on crypt/frost mountain and consistently run into a group of 3-5 players running around together. they may even be temporarily split however the moment i engage one of them i get collapsed upon. i report these players every game and nothing is done. i had 3 mates start this season and were loving the game until they have finally made their way into HR and are now experiencing this infestation - two have uninstalled after last night despite being very excited to try and get an arena kit ready. one of the biggest problems for DaD is retaining new players and yet this is by far the worst ive ever experienced teaming and ive played every season with my thousands of hrs game time. needs to be better systems in place to deal with this, the game isnt playable right now

they do, but there's loads of piles that are way easier to reach

• Trench has a 3-puller (and a 50/50 for gold chest)
• sunken ship has a chance for a 3! piles, with each a 3-puller (so 9 pulls) + 100% gold chest
• skull island's basement has a 3-puller pile too, and 1-2 gold chests.
• the hole also has a 3-puller near the edge (randomly on one of its sides)
• and then there's the key-room, with how easy it is to find metal chests thus keys, that's a 6-9 pull pile.

and thats before even touching a boss

I dont think luck helps much, it has it's own pool (with the coin bag). Like, it might increase your chance of getting a chest over a bag (0.05% for chest, 0.45 for bag). But the entire pool only has 0.5% chance and that wont get higher

Cyclops and Troll can't drop Artifacts, but you can pull Artifacts from the pile in the Dual Boss Loot Room.
