hey guys i have a quick question trying o help my friend has a asus prime b550 plus ac hes itss DDR4 and he cant play HR we have updated his bios multiple times and we cannot get mem virtualization to turn on we went into the bios and turned on the setting for it to be enabled through windows cleared the Cmos wiped the whole hard drive and made sure we had updated drivers and it just wont boot into windows we also enabled TPM and made sure it was on Firmware
