Normals have much less sweaty pvpers. Now im not saying that there isnt sweaty people in normals, but its like 25% normals, 25% highroller, 50% s2r atleast in my expirience

Ratting and looting is VERY easy the first two levels in s2r with a rat rogue build. The only challenging part is getting out of inferno. You have to kill the last players or yoink a gate. But even if you die in inferno you already banked 2 levels worth of loot.

Then I remembered I’m trapped in Squire Royale where every run starts with a caveman loadout and ends in a tiny circle fistfight for custody of temporary loot.

My stash is no longer progression. It’s just a digital scrapbook of things I’m not allowed to enjoy.

Bosses are basically folklore now too. Unless it’s Inferno Demon Overseer, I genuinely don’t think they exist anymore.

Please revert the TPM / Secure Boot / HVCI change so I can stop playing PvP daycare simulator and actually use my gear in HR again.

I've checked I've had my PC and all my components perfectly able to have every integrity on. I have flashed a bioses on I've reinstalled windows wiped my drives completely I've done everything imaginable to try and get this stupid ass setting turned on. cuz I really like to play the game that I paid for and have enjoyed for so many years... but instead of like battlefield letting us know at purchase that we were going to have to do this. you wait until now. and when you already had a dwindling player base as it was now you enable something that cuts a lot of players out from being able to play your game. pick a direction to move around him and stick to it, you can rotate right or left, but trying to switch when hes in the middle of an attack will get you hit.
you want to attack in between his attacks, but don't get too greedy.
when he does his rock phase, you can look on the ground to see shadows where the rocks will fall.
his petrify (HR only) is a huge cone in front of him, you have to get to his side/behind him to avoid it.
If he lifts his foot up and starts talking shit, hes about to do a big aoe stomp and you need to get away from him. Always be ready for this move.
If you're struggling, I'd recommend watching videos of people fighting him

having a spuire mode where you know you are queuing into other players who start in spuire gear makes it feel like you have a chance. But with the way it is right now if you hit a normal lobby you know everyone is blue maxing their gear creating a gap in the player base where new players can't extract and gain gear and recurring player gain nothing from killing squires over and over. meanwhile having squire to riches be solo and duo does not changes the dynamic of normal it just adds an easier way to get usable gear for the transition into queuing for high roller
