Limiting a bit too much for some classes.

Idk the price of things keeps raising it feels like every other season. It's starting to feel like a cash grab for things. I'm honestly surprised we don't have a larger variety of weapons tbh. Also I feel like Sorcerer's should use wands or a spell casting apparatus because a good sorc can literally outkite any melee class because of their amount of utility with little to no movement penalties. If you catch a sorc. its because they are playing bad.

If you do not do enough with a gun that has long reload or slow shooting.. it is worthless to play sniper / ranger.
If you do enough, but you are reaaaaly good player (or cheater) you are too strong while those who are learning are barely "mid"

I have yet to see a game that figured how to deal with this topic without people talking about unfairness on either side from patch to patch.

I do not think it can be solved personally unless you really can do MMR every single game.
So good players never meet the newbies and bad players...

I mean Ranger is consistent with High damage on hits with high rate of fire. Sorcerer has 2 spells every 20 secs that do 60+ burn on hit, and a bunch of utilty / escapes.

For me bard in any RPG is someone who is boost for the group and such.
Here?... It is solo player... 99% of time unless you have team specialized bard that is top of the line, most will give ya drum boost and open locks at best :d

It's because they nerfed bard to solo buffs beside stat boost because it was too strong in higher levels of play. They used to buff teams but becamse pretty much pointless in norms because there are just better options out there for what they do. EXCEPT if they are using debuffs properly.

What they should do like other games is change rules based on the Game Mode. They struggle with updates because they are trying to balance ACROSS THE BOARD when it doesn't work that way, and its causing them issues.

S2R is still fun. But the "to riches" part is kind of a scam right now. No time for bosses (that's the best riches). And it feels REALLY BAD when you beat that final team and have negative time to even look at their inventories.

Fix that and bring back the reward of surviving, please.

zone should not be a circle . it should be like +- random. for example in goblin caves there is cave collapse. so every phase of zone few rooms got destroyed and u cant get there, like huge boulder on the entrance and u cat get inside. so zone will be randomly distributed around a map

there's nothing to loot that is worth looting outside of boss rooms in S2R. Nobody has kits to loot, all chests and piles don't reliably drop anything of value, leaving the large boss drops (spec fabric, troll pelt, dark matter, etc) as the ONLY somewhat reliable money in S2R

I would not say so myself, there are some really good rare items crafted, and fully gemmed for ideal stats it does difference for builds in dmg or hp by a lot it feels.
There is a bit too many stats.
But ya.. it is not "that big" as when you have random epic-legend gear vs guys in legend + uniq + gemmed.. but still annoying.

Place dots = they will heal you.
Use 1H + shield at first to learn how mobs hit and move.

You got to actually look at the weapon, "not towards the mob" like in skyrim and such..

so if they swing from above, crouch and look up = block

Generally sidesteps are stronger than shields.

You can't block barbarians swing if he has perk behind it, he will just go past it anyway.

You can learn everything slowly, but in the end you want to learn how to dodge / weave ... crouch - look to sides, so they cant hit ya at all, or at least miss the head, maybe hit arm which wont hurt that much etc.

yeah its rough, like Miau said dodge as many hits as you can while getting close... slow them with throwable weapons as you chase.... if you think you took too much dmg while closing the distance just back off to a door and try to heal up and reset the encounter

something else I noticed is that you get many more points in low ranks than high ranks. where as in gray or green (whatever the names. I'm not good with names) you can get like 60 or even 70 points. Once I get to purple I get like 10 or 12 on a 3-0 win.

For "melee build" that is nowadays really used and strong (already nerfed a bit) you need melee + caster stats, which is quite hard to get on squire.
