The problem with fixing that and wyvern specifically is that if you go the whole fight uninterrupted and then after someone jumps you, you can just take the wind breeze and escape with zero risk unless they have a high damage ranged weapon

When in doubt, look at what other caps with similar stats are priced at. If there are none with dex, agi, and AS, look at just 2 out of the 3 and go from there.

Also, my honest opinion is that they should re-buff uniques to make them the strongest items in the game, then split HR into two brackets again like it used to be.
