Bard generally a class that is about boosting others, here it gives 1 boost to others then 5+ to himself then debuffs others to the point it really makes pve way too easy.
I do not think bard is well made here, but at the same time.. the meta of 3 boosters with 3 rows of buffs was cancer too.. hard to balance

THey are all crafting items but some of them are also required for quests. Just keep them, that way if a quest requires it you already have it and when you are done questing you can craft gear from it or sell it on the trade.

Do your quests. Once you complete enough tavern master quests you will unlock the armorer, leathersmith, etc questlines.

Completing these questlines will give you better armor in your squire.

And if you didnt know the squire merchant gives you free kits. Doing the quests I mentioned above will give you more options and better quality options eventually.

If you want to dip your toes into pvp try Squire to Riches under i think its called Battle Modes or something.

In S2R everyone starts off with just squire gear (free kits) so its more even. Its also more like a battle Royale with a circle and random maps, but thats sort of what high roller is like so its good practice.
