I would have personally just made quivers equitable in the sash slot, and just look like a sash with a quiver on the back. 100 arrows per quiver if you want more you gotta store more. Have it function like a bag does with gold, drag arrows on to fill. GG prolly the best function imo. See how it works here tho

As a wizard player I don't think you will be able to justify stacking MP over knowledge. Even though ppl should be moving slower cast speed will still be king because lest say you stack 30% increase magic damage that's only 6 damage increase on most spells. Roughly 10 damage increase for the harder hitting spells.
