the thing is open rooms are hard to push if you get open room arena you need to wait out the zone and hold corners. Then again you need a good teamcomp to make transfomer druid viable in trios anyway. Like bard+ fighter or barb fighter bard/ barb smth like that

build some pdr and projectile resistance then. tho if your being arrow and bolt spammed while your in bear form then your prob doing something wrong. every single decent druid i watch only uses bear form when they are really close up

bard with silence + achilis on barb or sprint/ adrenaline rush of fighter and you hold corners you should be slammin when poshy jumping in the enemies. Or barb with warcry and you got 300 hp. i grinded for like 5 legendary arena sets that i could do
but when you just got to loot particular thing with particular rarity and particular random stats on it its kinda really harder then just buyng decent leg item and socketing it to be some good for your purposes

crafted gear is either epic with legendary stat count or rare with epic stat count. you can buy the materials for them. if youve grinded enough for 5 legendary sets then you should have enough by either selling those sets or just from the extra youve farmed. you dont need to roll full bis items since you can gem gear and still get good enough stat count for arena

• does the -%15 damage reduction still act as a multiplier on their base resistances, or is it a flat reduction now (so if they have 15% magic res it goes to 0%, or if they have 0% magic resist it goes to -15% ?

So the resists don't matter much but the stats are probably more impactful if I'm understanding correctly?

Like a 50 PDR fighter with 40 strength and 40 vig would lose :

• 10 max health from strength & vig loss
  ~ 10% Physical Damage from strength loss
• 7.5% PDR & MDR +(Probably another 7% mag resistance from the Will stat loss part of damage reduction form)
• A small bit of movement speed / action speed / etc.

My typical answer would be that I presume they're testing PvP interaction, and Legendary gear might be too high to test whatever they're trying to test.
That or see how well SSF arena as gameplay loop is taken, but I think it's a great idea, just that it should be from the start of the season, unless they specifically wanted to see if players would re-grind for ssf gear
