ive reinstalled reverified files several times, rebooted my pc, have a gigabit ethernet connection, live in the US, set the file compatibility to run as admin(actually fixes the issue) which lead to another issue that doesnt even let you enter the game at all. its not a wifi issue

Try drivers or something then. I’m assuming my laptop is worse hardware and I only have 500mps internet and it runs smooth. More restarts and stutters since two patches ago but stutters are only a bit worse than high end hardware

Try shut down the steam, then shut all tavern processes/services, then launch tavern uninstaller in steamapps folder. After that launch steam as admin and maybe it will work (works for me)
