Nah they dont give stuff back like that, mobs swinging through walls has always been a thing sadly (would require too much coding to make them have custom animations to avoid hitting their surroundings during a fight)

I think its funny though as a problem thats been apart of DAD for a while -- monsters dont agro on you through walls but a monster's sprite range for attacking you clips through walls when checking for validation.

Yeah I get that. But I feel like it adds a lot of build diversity in the game. We don’t have talent trees yet unfortunately. There were some absolutely busted combinations as well. Like you’re saying you didn’t know what you were even up against. Over time I feel like it gets kinda stale doing the same old same and think mutliclassing would be a cool new feature if handled correctly. Maybe limit certain abilities and for sure only have one class you can take skills from at a time. I’m sure people would get a ton of joy and would spend a lot more time on the game if we had all these different builds and things you could do.

I think the only really overpowered class in the game is Ranger tbh. What other classes are busted in your opinion? Like a Ranger gets to set over there and shoot a small projectile that has a slim chance of hitting something else along the way like a torch on the wall or fixture of some sort compared to a fireball. And they get just as much damage if not more than a well placed ice bolt. And they can carry as many arrows as they can fit in their bag vs like a wizard for example. You only have so many spell charges. Mean while Ranger gets to set in the back and launch arrows all day with no penalty and absolutely smoke people .

let me explain the situation. When you have a sorcerer in penguin form in the shipyard and a wizard using spells (ice spells from sorcerer) you cannot run nor fight them. Also i asked to get red name on purpose and on other characters i was red named for no reason because people are mad and extremely toxic in this game and use every accident teamkill to report you, so in this cases being red name gives people free teamkill on me without me able to punish them. I would just focus on getting 20 first (can be by doing these quests on a class then swapping to turn them in on the desired class to level). If you do not have a level 20 at all, then do Inferno runs and extract in PvE. If you arent comfortable with that, you can run ice abyss and extract, if thats too much, then kill as much as possible in Goblin caves and extract. Common theme is to make sure youre extracting to get the maximum exp per match. Dying lowers it significantly.
