It does but it is completely OP atm, unfortunately. Mid to BIS gear rogue can shit on any class of similar gear.

At this point, it's basically standard practice for IM to leave metas unchecked for 1-2 months every beginning of wipe. They are doing harm to their player base by not addressing this in a timely manner. I thought they had a "balance team" as opposed to having sdf only on balance changes, but doesn't seem like it changed much.

Let's have a quick look at rogue:

• fastest base ms, so easiest to get to ms cap
• can now easily stack hp to 160hp (there is something off with the vigor hp curve for sure)
• in mid to BIS gear can 3 or 4 shot any class of similar gear level while having one of the fastest attack rates (adrenaline slayer fighter can compete)
• add invisibility and/or cut throat on top of that
• double jump has no downside but has huge advantages: janky dodges make ranged attack prediction very hard, melee fights unfair (you hit legs they hit head), they can heal/equip dagger while running with no ms penalty

It's not about one single element, it's a combination of the above alongside counter play potential from other classes. Rogue is the ultimate class that can outcompete any other class right now.

What would a paladin be thats diffrent then a Cleric? Like lorewise they are diffrent but in this game they are the same clerics use holy power and are spell caster. Paladins are holy tanky frontliners. The onlything they dont do is swear an oath. But ti guess you choose a religon anyway so.... Not really. Sorc are adept through magic but do not take time to learn it inner working. They are naturally talented. But a wizard is a scholar of magic who may not be as fast as a sorc but spells are more situation and precise. Wizards in this game match the lore and have hard hitting spells and can suppor meanwhile needing to recharge and sorcs can fling magic and combine spells but really only cary spell at least that i have seen is elemental blast. but their natural talent allows them to seemingly merge spells. 2 diffrent playstyles. 2 diffrent backgrounds. Thats like saying a rogue and a slayer are the same thing. they fill a similar spot but are diffrent

It's standard IM practice to leave metas untouched for 1-2 months once a wipe starts. There are only 4 rogues per match in solos.

You can hold the shot for an extra second or two and hit people across the map with it, but its not like Ranger can't do that exact same thing a lot easier

Not to mention the damage falloff curve on the Survival Bow is pretty crazy

I think the default speed should be capped at 315, and using movement-increasing skills like Sprint or Rage caps you at 330
