People can and should complain that it desperately needs tweaking tho', like spawning late in the room next to people, doors open in direct visual contact of eachother, or people still spawning in a seed that they died into already, going straight for their own bodies and the people that killed 'em shouldn't be a thing, when people do filler parties you still get lots of double or triple of the same class... things like this need fixing, granted continuous dungeon is here to stay, but it needs to be properly implemented.

Just my personal opinion on that, but you might have more luck using additional rather than true when it comes to PvE. True doesn't feed into the headshot modifier at all, which is currently quite extreme.

Also I have zero idea how, or even if, true has any effect on elemental weaknesses either

The kobolds seem to be a good degree tankier than the rest, with additional magic damage its probably possible to one shot the red ones. But that said, I believe the more efficient way is to simply parry/riposte the kobolds as you can wreck a whole bunch of them at once.

elemental bolt seems to still one shot nearly any skeleton in there though, so those can be treated differently.

And flamefrost spear can demolish an entire conga line of skeletons if you manage to line up all their heads.

2. Implement a religous vendor of your selected religion with their own unique design.
3. Each vendor will provide you with a religion specific gold pouch that can only be used for in dungeon looting which can be taking by other players to incentivize more religious war pvp and actually picking up gold coins.
4. If another player picks up a pouch from an opposing faction it could be turned in for double or more of the original amount. it would be a service the religious vendor would provide a service to trade for and exhange for a new altered bag blood money or spoils of war to turn in for a greater value(its the thought that counts) and also by doing that subtracts the gold offering amount from the opposing religion the gold was taken from.
5. Add seasonal rewards like a religious themed cape skin for the faction you represent as a milestone achievement for offerings. And a variety of special unique items/weapons that represents what each religion would be characterized by with
6. Add shrines as points of interest to be able to drop off treasures and make offerings mid raid and also as a chance to desecrate opposing religious faction shrines or to defend your own.

Actually ice abyss HR is unreasonable rn especially with random maps. I like the vision but the ice abyss changes were unbelievably lazy. Janky, unfun and poorly designed. Yes that is normal, just stay along the edge of the map for 1-2 games and avoid fighting. Loot all you can and you will have similar score.

If you and your friend are new to the game I would suggest playing some Adventurer mode first and get a feel for things. In Adventurer mode PvP is disabled.

200-300 gearscore isn't very hard to get. Pretty much a full blue set will get you there. Gearscore isn't gonna be what's limiting you from winning fights. A decent player in squire kit can beat someone in 200-300 GS pretty easily. What determines fights is stat stacking and headshots. If you understand what stats you need to stack on your class, and you are able to consistently land headshots, you will be winning more of these fights.

If you or your friend plays as a barbarian make sure to read the skill information, one of the activated skills (the "roars") will actually lower your armor rating making you take more damage.

Rogue is shit. Even then, 4 headshots should get you the kill. I think your problem is your game knowledge is low, and coming back, you are expecting a similar experience. Headshot damage multiplier is 200%. Gearscore isn't really important. Stats and tactics will win you fights. Rogue isn't a very good class for low game knowledge, and it's not a very good team class. Rogue/Barb is not very good unless you are letting your barb initiate, and you are helping the barb 2v1 the frontline. Ranged is very strong, and team composition is the most important. I think you should play about 100 more hours, and then see what your problems are from there.

I use cut throat and rupture. But if you like hide take hide plus rurture/cutthroat and change one of the perks so you can walk whislt hidden.

Ranger/Sorc/Wiz/Warlock all good range options. If you are returning, you should have a package from the expressman with tons of lockpicks. Traps are not dangerous, just walk around them. 350 hours is really low, but more important than that, the game is not the same. Your 350 hours will not prepare you for 200% headshot damage mulitplier. I would take everything in as you are a new player.

Ssf feels so good. Imo should stay this way aside from unique trading. Also since player count is looking better we should get HR back on a rotating map instead of random, and bring back solo queue -24 gs lobbies for zero to hero and kit rebuilding
