Nice game, since yesterday I've been using the barb solo and killing entire teams with minimal effort! I have a bank full of equipment, me in squire gear I killed players in legendary, before I only used warlock and wizard. This is what disgusts me about this game. There are classes that get free kills and others that struggle to get one.

Pretty sure it works by taking the damage dealt to that area and multiplying it by the percentage. So a 50 damage long sword hit to the leg would be multiplied by 50%/0.5, thus making the actual damage dealt be 25.

It’s a very high skill ceiling IMO. I was playing with a caster lock in hr ice yesterday, speed clearing modules and he’d clutch up in pvp too. Hydra is still incredibly strong at zoning, just needs the right comp. I’ll also add that these latest nerfs to damage will slow fights considerably which is where caster locks shine!
