Absolutely, albeit the ones you're talking about are Rousing Rhythym, Harmonic Shield, Alacrity, Ballad of Courage, and some other one - the ones I was referring to are but 12 seconds or so in duration and grossly help to compensate/buff your teammates where they might be lacking in certain stats for this sort of comp

And of the 240 second ones - only one of them is a group wide buff (Rousing Rhythym the +2 all)

each scream takes like 45% hp from me when I have 0 stacks. Last season I was able to finish it without healing once if I didn't take demage so it is definitely higher...

how would the game not be easier to balance without true damage? it breaks so much of the game, like in old gear score lobbies, you got more damage from a white spell book and +4 true magic on jewwelry than blue spellbook and will armor. Its just the most unhealthy stat. replacing it with another would only be good

When are they ever going to fix shields... The fact that hits just phase through obviously blocked hits is really frustrating... it becomes a gamble of if either player has any dysnc magically they just dont work anymore.

Cast time, the bar filling up when you cast, doesn't get faster. Action speed is just animation speed so it does make everything you do faster.
