You have to remember that for 80%you die in this game its gear difference. Many people underestimate the factor it brings in. Go build the best kit you can rn and just play it. You will be amazed how long it takes until you die

Also fighting in druid shapeshift forms is soo diffrent then normal human form. You could get really really good at the game and still suck balls as animal forms. So in the end you will need to practice animal forms if that is what you are interested in

Buff duration on the tank is really really good with Lifebloom duo

Make your buffs last forever, plus if he is bard will make his own buffs last much longer

Next is spell casting speed, enough spell memory to cast almost everything if not everything.

spell casting speed is big so you can really spam out the heals

Nature touch is the bread and butter, and if you sit down you get it back in like less then 10 seconds without campfire

in pvp you want to get natures touch, restoration, and tree of life on your tank then you use dream fire on the enemies

the dream fire will trigger another heal with natures touch for EACH enemy it hits

so like you can heal like 100 hp with one hit if you hit 3 targets and good magical healing

Buying armour and weapons from the merchant is not worth it. Its easier tk just play goblin cave adventure trios (goblin caves is the easiest) and just get loot and store, sell or use it

For me, when i start off on a base character, i do a bunch if runs and store all the loot thats worth it in my stash. Then when i run out if soace, i either sell stuff or wear it

I see no reason to degrade it as just "tutorial".
Make it harder, make it fun.
Lock zones until you clear 30% of zone before you can leave, less people on map so it is not cleaned in 5 minutes.. etc.

I am looking at the scalar values. The math is annoying, since I dont know the actual rarity drop rates for piles, but I'd estimate I'm seeing probably 2x more purps at 300 luck (this tracks with my experience). Going to 500 doesnt increase the purple scalar value much, but it proportionally decreases the low tier drops a lot, so it probably comes to like 20-60% more purps, depending on base rates, This is my estimate on pve piles. Boss loot is less buffed, since it already has low drop rates for low rarities.
Thats... probably worth it in the long run. Tbf, I could just run mega budget luck sets with uncommons and stuff as a rogue in high roller and just hide and loot the entire time and probably get more gold from uniques... but eh

Yea, riposte for most of the damage. It is so chill. Here is a basic guide:
Spectral knight has starters, combo extenders, and finishers (theres only one finisher, the big ass jump)
Starters are stabs (good), high to low slashes (bad), shoulder bash (bad), charges (only at range, good), and big ass horizontal or vertical sweeps (only at range, good)
Extenders are high horizontal slash (good) and low horizontal slash (good). There might be more, but I forget.
Finisher is a big jump as I said.
Here is how to dodge:
Starter: Circle right for everything, stay at the edge of longsword range to avoid the shoulder bash. This dodges everything except the big horizontal slash at range. For that, just crouch and look straight up. Because of extenders, DO NOT PARRY the stabs. Only parry the long range starters (charge, vertical, and horizontal). For charge, move right and block to the far far left (like turn almost all the way around). For horizontal slash, crouch and block straight up. For vertical slash, circle slightly right, and block to the far far left, similar to charge.
Extender: After a starter, he can do his high or low horizontal slash. For high, crouch and block up. You may riposte. For low, stand and block down and very slightly right. You may riposte.
Finisher: He does a big jump and stabs the ground. This has a decent aoe. Just look up and move behind him. Don't back up; you will get hit. The hitbox is wonky, and he can block you from moving behind him, even though he is in the air, so you will just have to get a feel for it. This move has tons of time to get a hit or two in at the end.

There is one more move I forgot. It happens in-between combos. He will say a voice line and stab the ground, creating a pool of bad magic juice that you should not stand in. The aoe is decently large, but you have plenty of time to back away. You can sometimes get one hit in after.

Finally, 3 times during the fighter, after taking enough dmg, he will do his huge (continued...)

The game isn’t supposed to be balanced, right now rouge surpasses a lot of other classes and it’s just the cycle, maybe next week or next month they will nerf it and buff barb and fighter, if you look at this game from a balance perspective you will get angry because you are right. The game is horribly balanced and deteriorates the higher GS you go.

Yeah, so lets sell the game rights to a competent developer studio that can add content at a reasonable pace so that they can warrant having purchasable things in the game. This wipe added PVE mode, that not only caters a small audience but also shouldn't have taken a lot of work (its a trios server with pvp damage disabled) and yet they shoved a "DLC" in everyones face. I am fine with supporting the a developer of a game I play and enjoy.

But when the current developer is just buffing his playstyles and his classes that is toxic AF, do you know why arena allows non minted gear? SDF didnt have any minted gear ready, apparently he said that on a live stream lmao the dude is a joke
