a plate lock for example can never in any reality catch a wiz/sorc/ranger/rogue

its a free kill for anyone who can throw futher than 2 meters

even if the plate lock has 3k hours and i started today i would beat him on wizard its so sad

well caster lock can beat druid so there is always a counter. Its just that if your anti-character is in the next module your gear is lost before the battle starts. This game has no skill nothing to get better at or develope its just a slot machine

because it's tighter timing the less impact power a weapon has, so high ping or parrying something like a dagger is much more challenging

Whats crazy is how its literally throwing to fight normally with lantern shield/longsword. Every single time I see one they just sit there trying to riposte and either instantly kill me/fail riposte and die or they just hold right click until death. (I killed a longsword fighter yesterday in full plate. Entire kit is move speed. His only move was to riposte or use crossbow xD) SDF has some weird ideas about "Fun" and you can see it in how the game plays from ripostes to druid panther to the way that MUMMY SPIDERS STILL BOUNCE YOU.

left side/right side depends on class. If u use ranged/magic you really dont care about direction too much but ive found that leftside rotation warlock is way better meanwhile rightside rotation melee is way faster. Plus with longsword u can riposte easier.

When rotating left u just got to learn what is too close and what is too far away with different moves. He does the sideways swing when u rotate left. If u get too close to that before he lowers his hand he combos it into another move. Thats the main thing to learn about left side rotation.

My thoughts on the game. I haven't played in awhile, but I am burnt out. In my experience (as a once dedicated player), the skill ceiling/end-game is just get gear to lose it in the dungeon. Adventure mode is just killing mobs that we have been killing for years. The game play loop is the same. Walking through a door way to play the game and lose your gear to a rogue feels aweful. I don't see how to improve the high-level gamplay loop. The casual player and new player experience is better. That's good. not for me though

yes. the entire point of the game is to run around and get gear that you will prob lose in a couple games. adventure mode is meant for new players so they can learn the pve and build up some gear without having to worry about a 10k hr sweat running them down in normals when they struggle to even dodge a sword skele. rogues entire design is to jump you. be more alert of doors and maybe just preswing doors. it wont slow you down that much and it will make killing rogues alot easier. but if you dont like the game then dont play it :)

We have 5 friends and we used to play 0-24 all the time. Now we play much less often. Honestly, 0-124 is boring, you need to constantly buy things, sit in this market looking for something, put things on, change equipment, now there are TTVs all the time on the map. Stories that it doesn't matter and you can play naked are nonsense, if I go naked, I get killed in two hits by people who initially have 2 rings and a purple weapon. 0-24 was the most balanced, fast and fun mode, including for PvP! If before there was a more or less balanced and fun mode in the game, then now the game has a boring and uninteresting PvE mode, and two completely unbalanced modes.

Any other class in the game, when you fully commit to melee its most likely going to end in a kill. Druid has the option, whenever they start losing the fight, to disengage and heal. This means that the druid can try the same fight 5 times until eventually they come ontop, even if you assume the opponent can fully recover before druid reingages.

Uniques only roll one stat now but it can be up to 4x. So you can get a unique piece with 4 all or 4 true or a unique chest with +16 max HP instead of the usual max 4

You can make more money from ppl, depending on the stat rolls. If they have bad stats i recommend going into HR and just risk fighting ppl with them or just selling to merchants. But with +all immediatly put that in the shop
