you cant really stop stream snipers, fow is to prevent 3rd parties in general as it was a problem. if someone wants to stream snipe you and you are streaming well unforunately you signed up for that in the long run. any game for that matter when it comes to that, its sad, but is what it is. even if you cover your map its still possible to get sniped, even if you add a stream delay youll still get sniped if you have decent viewers.

if you mean in reference to Sorcerer being able to cast spells with bare hands, it means that you are able to do so without a magic weapon, meaning book, staff or crystal sword. Other classes require one of those to be able to cast magic. Keep in mind that depending on the spell and situation you will still want to use a Book for example as a sorceror (basically it boosts damage at the expense of movement speed)

What's the point of trying to build a set for a specific playstyle when Movespeed and +ALL gear exists? You will ALWAYS just want those two stats.
